Careclean Cleaning Services & Property Maintenance

Three women cleaned my house according to my instructions and did a great job. So far, they only came once but I was very happy with their service. They were very through & punctual and my kitchen stove never looked better. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a team to clean your house. The advantage is the house is done allot quicker with three people. In the past few years I've had one person help me clean and it took 5-6 hours and these girls were done in 2.5. Their price was higher than I wanted to pay but I will try having them clean every three weeks instead of two. You had great reviews for their service and it was right on target!

I signed up for the special I'm cleaning my house. They charged me but I never had them come to the house. I want to get a credit

Four women came and all bought they were being payed by the hour, they cleaned quickly and with energy. This, even though this was the 5th house they cleaned that day. My house was clean and the price was better than other cleaning services I checked. I’ll use them again

Overall went just fine, as usual. We requested service a little last minute, in the height of the season. was luck to get accommodated with no problems really. Just missed a window, but overall they did a fine job.

Did not reply to the date choices. Did not contact us for re-scheduling. I was away recently. Had phone with me. No contact. Would like my money back!

Outstanding work, above and beyond my expectations. Friendly, they got along with each other well, and seemed to enjoy their job. Immaculate cleaning job. Really impressive.

They do a wonderful job. I usually use them every 2-3 weeks. I don't have to follow behind them. They know what to do and they do it. I have used they for 3 years. I have 8 grandchildren and a dog that visit regularly. After Careclean leaves the house is spotless

It went very well. After a few miscommunications, first with calling me back after giving them my phone number and then not telling me what time they were going to come on the day of the appointment, which necessitated setting another appointment( and why I gave them only a good rating for responsiveness). When they finally did do the work they did a great job, the bathroom was spotless when they were done and it was really a mess to start with and everything else met or exceeded my expectations. The cleaning crew really worked hard from the time they got here to the time they left and I was so appreciative of them. I plan to have this service back on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend them.

I loved this service the first time we had them clean but a bit disappointed this time. Blinds were missed that were to be cleaned, hardwood flooring wasn’t shining. On the other hand they cleaned inside a glass wall unit filled with crystal in two rooms. The team was very nice but there was a communication problem

I was very pleased with their services. The owner contacted me immediately and they arrived promptly. My house was immaculate and I can't say enough about the job they did! We had a few obstacles to overcome on my behalf but the owner was very patient and we got through them. Smooth sailing from then on. I would highly recommend Careclean!

I was told someone would call me to make appt. I waited a couple of days. no call. I called them,i think I spoke to luis.I made an apt for 11am two days later.i explained I have a full schedule with a handicap husband that goes to dialysis 3days a week. the next night he called to confirm our appoint for 8am next morn.i explained our apt was 11am & I couldn't do 8am so he changed it to 1pm.a big monkey wrench in our schedule.anyone caring for a loved one knows how full your schedule becomes everyday.ok so we agreed on 1pm.they got here at 2:30.one and a half hours late. they left at 4:35.my husband had an apt at 3 30 which I had to cancel.When they arrived they had the wrong address & unloaded everything in my neighbors driveway & knocked on her door.we had to call them over to our house.We live in a mobile home.Not that big.Low ceilings.I had to ask them to do several things such as wiping ceiling fans etc.i thought they had a list of things to be cleaned in the 162.00pkg.i couldn't communicate with 2of them.they didn't speak English.Truthfully they weren't that good. It was a little better than before they began but not a 162.00 better.Luis was AwoL,he could have called to let us know they would be late.i expected him to call to see if we are satisfied,especially because we were a new customer. nothing. we won't be using them again.

I was a little worried as it took a couple of days to get a response after buying the service on Angie's list. But when the ladies came by they were efficient and thorough with the cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the bathrooms and the house really shines all throughout.

Crew did an excellent job. They were polite and efficient and went above and beyond. We haven't had our house professionally cleaned in over a year and they had their work cut out for them. Our oven was spotless and our bathrooms sparkled. It was so nice coming home to our house with everything so clean and fresh smelling. Im giving a B for response because I needed to contact them both times to set up the appointment and to confirm the day before. Both phone calls were met with courtesy and were very professional, however i did need to plan ahead to have someone at the house so waiting until 5 the night before to get our appointment time was cutting it a little close. I also haven't heard from them since the session for a follow up which i find a little odd because we may be interested in using them again. The Deal on Angies list is a little confusing as well. I thought i was getting 6 hours of cleaning (3 two hour appointments) but it is actually one 2 hour block with a three person crew. Either way it was definitely worth the money. The crew was here on time and got right to work and didn't slow down the entire time they were here. I would definitely hire them again and have and would recommend them to others.
