Description of Work: Jim installed a cement spa pad for the placement of our seven person hot tub. He was also able to match up our pavers and create a walkway from our patio to the hot tub as if it was all original built in that fashion. Jim is incredibly courteous, punctual, explains what he will be doing and constantly communicates the progress of the project and when he will complete next steps. We would absolutely recommend him for future projects.

Description of Work: Conroy was/is our primary contractor since 1983 to the present. However the last work was performed in 2002 to repair a garage and replace the roof damaged. in a storm Our house is 90 years old and their restoration work is excellant and the highest quality.

+ -1 moreThey go above and beyond. I would recommend him. Not too timely though. But when they said they were going to be here at 9am & they got here at 1pm. They were very good and treated me well. I will use them again they are good at everything, just a little late.
