This company is excellent. It is a family business that has been around for many years. I had a chimney problem. They came out on Monday to inspect and quoted me a price. Tuesday, they were on the my job installing a new chimney liner for my furnaces. Their price was less than others for my job and their work was first class. You couldn't ask for better.

My husband and I were in the process of selling our home come to find out the buyers inspection showed we needed roof work. I immediately made my calls for estimates and Edison and his team were the quickest to respond and gave the most reasonable pricing. Great experience with everyone! My roof suffered wind damage and they gave me a great quote and delivered quality service and work. Not only did they complete this repair but they also gave information regarding other projects I need to complete on the exterior of my home. They were patient and informative. I am likely going to replace my roof in the next few years and will certainly call them back. Highly recommend.

I agree with other reviews. I had some shingle repairs and boots replaced last week. Edison and his crew arrived on time and were courteous to talk to. Highly recommend to others.

I called A1 Dependable to give me a second opinion regarding a previous contractorâ s assessment that I needed a new chimney liner, waterproofing, and cap repair. The total cost of the job was extimated to cost over $5000. A1 called me back within minutes, came within days, and told me that my liner was perfect but that the other work was necessary. They saved me over $2500. On a separate occasion I has water come in to the fireplace due to structural issues with the chimney above the firebox. The responded within 2ndays to replace my chimney. They are cosnsomate professionals and want nothing to give you the best service they can. I would recommend them to anyone.
