The came on time and did the work. Tried to charge a little more than the estimate, honored the original estimate. They had a problem with their main phone line; I don't know if it's a chronic problem.

Jay was very responsive and took pictures of the roof damage that he believed was causing an interior leak. He came even sooner than promised and finished the job in 1 day. I felt it may have been a bit overpriced for one day of labor and very little supplies were needed. He even told me he had left over copper for the roof valley from a previous job. But he communicated well and told me after the completion of the job, I may need a new roof sooner than he had originally estimated.

I was looking for several contractors for a number of specialty jobs I needed done; masonry, carpentry, fireplace repair, and gutter repair/replacement to refurbish a house in Chatham NJ for sale. Our schedule was very tight. When Jay showed up for the masonry work, I found he also did all of the jobs I needed done. He did them quickly (in very bad weather) and at a price I thought was very fair. He was able to suggest several options for each task , and the results were very good. While there is still some work to get finished as soon as the snow melts and temperatures rise a bit, I am confident they will get done quickly and with quality. It was great having a contractor who was able to provide a broad range of service. I would definitely hire him again and told my realtor to put Home Pro at the top of her list for recommended contractors.
