Ryan and his crew arrived early and did excellent work. They removed a big old oversized bush from my front yard and did my landscaping in the front and back yard. Did mulch beds and made it look so nice. Prunned my trees in the back and took great care of my apple tree. Was very happy with the work. Very knowledgable and gave expert advise. Bringing them back next year to work on the grass in my back yard. Price was excellent for all the work they did.

The sales person who came out to assess my yard and provide an estimate impressed me by being very knowledgable. They really seem to understand and care about the biology of it all. I was disappointed that they couldn't provide me with a time window when the initial work would be done during the day, and more disappointed when they missed the first scheduled day. However, they showed up the following day and got the job done efficiently. Hopeful about the future health of the lawn but time will tell...

Removed 4 Large trees from our property. They matched my best price and came the next day. Despite having to work around my vinyl fence and shed, all the work was completed beautifully within in 2 days.. Alan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were very pleasant and professional ; I wish all businesses were this reliable!

Very friendly and knowledgable. They took a very conservative approach, and didn't recommend removing trees or even limbs without a very good reason. My only issue with them was that it took them a while to come back for the final 10% of the project - removing a brush pile at the back of the property - but since they basically tossed that in for free, it's hard to complain! All in all, great work.

Alan (manager in Bergen County) came out to our house day after placed project with Service Magic. Very knowledgeable and gave estimate on spot. Finished job a week later. Trimmed trees exactly as explained to homeowner. We were very impressed.
