Russ walked off the job after putting pressure on me to pay for more than the work that he had already done and it ended up costing me a lot more money than the original estimate. He did this due to a dispute over a larger commercial job with my father, but he was very unprofessional in his behavior and he flat out lied and tricked me in making me give him an overpayment.

Russ and Mark were excellent. They assessed the problems, gave me a definite day and time for the repairs. They were on time, kept the inside of my house spotless. All repairs and replacements were done efficiently, neatly and professionally. I would definitely hire this team again

Luckily, I got in touch with Russell at Water and Drain Management and he determined that digging a new trench path around the obstacles mentioned would work and cost WAY less. The new sewer line was run conveniently into my basement near the original penetration location, so no impact at all inside the home. The new path provides accessibility going forward, two cleanout locations were included, and while the landscaping disruption was relatively minor, it was nonetheless returned to its original condition (early November job, so grass seed came in fully the next spring). Russell was clear in his communications and requirements regarding checks to cover the various permitting and road-closure requirements, which he handled fully. Russell's priority of winning business and forward recommendations by finding the best solution and value for the customer was greatly appreciated, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing work within his serviced region.
