The customer is expected to provide the paint. Sunlight Contracting provides all else - drop cloths, plastic sheeting, equipment to paint and ladders. John was so diligient that he spotted a can of paint that was mixed incorrectly - a duplicate of another order of mine for a room he had painted the previous day. I was able to return the gallon after the store confirmed the paint was not the correct color - their error. John and his brother Lou have been trained by their father and are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and talented. I felt very comfortable with their skills repairing drywall and going over water damage stains 3 times using an oil primer that prevents the stain from reappearing. Will be using them again and have recommended them to neighbors. It is rare that you meet someone who loves what they do for a living and take pride in their craftsmanship. A truly positive experience.

John and his brother Lou have been painting interior and exterior for 28 years. They are professional, responsive and communicative using email, text and cell phone. They were on time, respective of the home and cleaned up beautifully. You supply your own paint, photos of repair work to be done and they come with everything else. Be sure to tell them you have ceilings higher than 8' so they bring the proper height ladder. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

2 painters arrived on time and were careful to cover all furniture prior to starting..they caulked all of the gaps in the panelling ... painted two coats and it came out beautiful.. the light walls now brighten up a once dark space making it now light and inviting. They cleaned up everything and let me take a good look before leaving. I would use them again

Sunlight Contracting showed up as scheduled for estimate and emailed contract promptly. They completed the work in two days as promised. Work areas were left clean. No problems at all. Will call them again if needed.

John exceeded expectations with his professionalism, promptness, and clarity of communication. He always showed up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and accomplished each phase of the project in an expert manner with neither fuss nor muss. Would not hesitate to call upon him again for further work.

The room had old wallpaper that was ripped off. Underneath the wall paper, the plaster walls had some cracks and one corner the plaster was loose and falling off. The job was done neatly and in a timely manner, keeping the room clean at all times. All the cracks were fixed, and the skim coat was evenly distributed through the walls. The job took 3 days to complete. The last day I mentioned that we had a small cracked in another room, and John was willing to come back and patch that area at no additional cost. I highly recommend him for interior plaster work.

They did a very good job. They were here a couple days and were very tidy, at the end of each day they picked up after themselves. I was very pleased with Sunlight, they were very helpful, friendly & courteous. He even told me when I replace the carpeting that he would touch up the paint at no extra cost. I recommend Sunlight Contracting and plan on using them in the future.
