He and his crew showed up on time, worked diligently ans professionally and watching the, you knew they took pains to do a good job. At the end of the first day they cleaned up before they left. At the end of the job the again cleaned up leaving the property spotless. The crew was pleasant to deal with. I recommend Stearn Brothers Construction without any reservation.
Description of Work: Stearn Brothers reroofed my home.

+ -1 moreThis work was going on during a really hot time during the summer. He had to delay the day he was going to start because the shingles on the roof would have been damaged. Once the weather got cooler he started the installation. This showed me he was concerned about quality of the work before and after. The cleanup after the work also tremendous. I could tell he is a workaholic.
Description of Work: I had him do a total replacement of my homes roof. The original roof had been on since 1975, we eventually installed a 2nd roof and because of building codes you can't not install a 3rd roof. He started by completely removing the two roofs. After the felt paper and weather-shield was installed he installed the new roof, the total instal took about 3 days. We also had him replace the shed roof, install an attic fan, a bathroom vent and we had him install a air vent for cross ventilation. He also did some repair work on our gutters.

Everything that they put out there, they clean up. They get through the problem. Even if it is not their problem, they still come out and take a look and let me know.
