Kim and her team did a terrific job! We needed a deep clean of our home for a family party, and she was very responsive and worked with our schedule. The cleaning was very thorough, and our house looks great. We are continuing to engage Kim’s services for regular maintenance cleaning.

We needed a deep cleaning on two floors of our home to get rid of the omnipresent dust, kitchen grease, dog hair and soot that had accumulated after a few repair and renovation projects, two litters of puppies and burning wood fires all winter. We got estimates from several firms and Kimberly was by far the easiest to work with. She came out to the house within 24 hours of my call to provide an estimate and got the cleaning crew there just a few days later. Beforehand she sent a detailed proposal so we knew what services would be included/excluded, what cleaning products would be used and the exact fee. A team of three people worked really hard for almost five hours with no breaks. It wasn't perfect, but they did a great job. And, most importantly, they tackled a job that neither my husband nor I felt prepared to do... and left our house more livable than it was before they arrived. It was well worth the cost and we've already booked them for regular cleaning services moving forward.

Scheduling the cleaning was very easy. Jennifer came out to my home and provided me with a fair estimate and was extremely professional and detailed with what would be completed. She was also very punctual with her appointment time which was important for our pre move in situation. The cleaning service provided was good but not excellent. The big ticket items such as bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well but some spots appeared to be missed including pantry shelves and bedroom closets. Overall, the service was about what I expected. I would thoroughly inspect all areas a little more closely next time prior to the cleaners leaving.

The owner of the cleaning company is very nice and she is very clear of what will be cleaned, and then she does the best job she can to meet very high standards and do what she promised. She seems very reliable and we decided to hire her every other week.

They are pleasant and friendly. They always show up, and they work with you when holidays come up. They do an excellent job cleaning. They have never damaged anything, but most importantly they are trustworthy.

They are a local small business and you deal with the women who will be cleaning your house. This is the first time I hired a cleaning company, I was very hesitant but when I met Kimberly I was totally sold. She is personable, friendly yet very professional. They are always on time. They are very thorough, and they do exactly what I ask them to. Lastly, I have a 5 old son and he loves Kimberly. He basically follows her around the entire time.
