Also, if he observed anything out of place like a low hanging dishwasher hose when he was installing the disposal , he secured it. He gave me oral instructions on how to fix potential garbage disposal problems.
Description of Work: 7/6 2010 Fixed leak in the toilet tank which went through the floor to the kitchen ceiling downstairs; Provided and replaced parts inside the tank and replaced pipe and hardware outside the tank. Total $185 which includes parts and tax. I asked him to come back for another job. 7/8 He bought a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal unit,removed old parts, and installed. . . Total $448 which includes parts and tax .

+ -1 moreI called Bob about a leak under the bathroom sink and he arrived the same day to have a look. He said we needed the sink replaced. He bought the sink and faucet and replaced it the next day. Excellent service! Very convenient that he buys the parts of your behalf and he is prompt. Other plumbers charge an emergency fee if they visit the same day, Bob doesn't. He is curteous and has over 25 yeasr experience. Highly recommended! This is the second time I have used him for plumbing.

Description of Work: Bob replaced hot water heater, replaced shutoff valve to house, located and fixed several leaks and in the near future will reroute all my water pipes because of hole in pipes embedded in concrete slab.

They are reasonable in price and are very professional. We are pleased with them because everything turned out great and there were no problems what so ever.
