Efficient... seems to work.

This company called my wife most likely via public records since we just bought a new house a few months ago, and they knew previous owner's name. My wife was not pretty sure what they're going to do - due to language limitation. Then a technician came to my house on weekend, coming into the backyard directly and sprayed - no phone call, not ringing the door bell. Before that service, when my wife told me this suspicious call I kept calling back this company phone number without success or there had been no response even I left voice message. The spray itself appears ok at this moment - though I already bought a spray at Home Deport only worth $20 (versus their service of $ 188), the technician was polite. But I really don't like the way how this company is doing business - making calls to new home owner to promote then come to your house without clear notice and charge automatically, it's more like cheat and trick. My family will be very cautious next time about such promotion calls next time - even mentioning previous owner's name, our name, knowing our phone numbers, etc.

I would use them again in the future.

Buyer beware. Scam on new home owners.

A representative called me on my house phone and tried to offer me a product that I didn't want. I told him I didn't want it and he tried offering a discount. I told him that I would have to call him back and look into what he was offering. I never called to authorize the work and they billed me anyway. No one saw the work being performed and I never authorized it.

Service was done at my home while I was not home without my prior knowledge or approval. I do not know the details of the service done because I was unaware of it until after it occured. I then received a bill in my name for $99. I had no prior account or history with this service provider. I called during normal business hours and left a message. I did not receive a call back. I then sent an email and did receive an email response stating that my wife approved the service via phone. I am not married and have never been married. Despite explaining this to Ed via email, I continued to receive a bill and my "account" that I never knew of is being sent to a collection agency. I do not understand how I can have an account in my name and be expected to pay for services that I never asked for.

We have not had any problems with them.

I spent about $185 on that service. I think that their pricing is okay. They keep calling me and it was from the former owner, so I just kept it up. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and I had problems with ants and since that time I haven’t seen any ants. It was a lot of money, but I wasn’t seeing immediate results.

I didn't find them on Angie's List. They had done our house previously and so they called us to see if we wanted it done again. They did it with the previous owner. There is a fumble bug in Virginia, so anything to try to lessen the amount of mosquito bites and spiders. I think the $ 200 we paid for that was totally worth it. They were right on-time and he was fast. They were very professional and nice. They said it was safe for kids and pets too. That was important to us. He just did the exteriors. He did his job. He was here for about 10 minutes, he walked the perimeter of the house and did the yard and then he was gone before I knew it. I can't tell how good it was, but as far as his professionalism I think he was just fine.

If you pay ahead of time, it is cheaper. They have two different services: one service where they come and spray all your trees and shrubs. They have another service where they do fertilizing, pest control and fungal control. I have both services with them. They provide good customer service. They always call before they come. They call and let me know why they can?t come for any reason. They have been pretty good. This year we didn't have rain and so my lawn doesn't look good. I can't blame them because I don't have a sprinkler system.

I like that I am a an established customer. They call me when its time for them to come back out. After they are done they leave the invoice on the porch. I like that you can pay your bill on line, over the phone, or through the mail.
