The quality was very good, they accommodated us with the color and the style that we wanted. The sales consultant was very good, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Their delivery was very good.

They did an excellent job and was well pleased with the responses to our needs. We visited them 3 times to select all the items. When there was an issue, they responded immediately.

Ordering process was fine. Deliver of items was horrible. Clear that I wanted all items delivered same day. Confirmed this when checking on status as I said I would wait for items that were on backorder. When speaking with Terri (my contact) she confirmed all items available and I scheduled the day off work for del. Date of delivery I contacted the warehouse number provided previously by Terri. The warehouse did not have my order and they contacted Terri. To shorten the story, Terri did not input the order for delivery. Then when she did input the delivery order she only input one bathroom order. When they delivered the one order it was the wrong items. I had to refuse the order and found that some items were still on back order. When speaking with Terri she would correct the mistakes. However her tone on the phone was somewhat rude. She noted that she was covering in the Freehold location and has been with the company over 15 years. If I were to ever deal with this company I would not deal with Terri. I work in a customer service field and was very surprised with the service of someone who has been with the same company for over 15 years. Shameful!

Judith is the only one I would work with. The parts were expensive, but she did a fantastic job helping me. She's sharp and she gets you what you want. Make sure you know the company policy on returns before you purchase.

I wanted to double check that the distributors my contractor is using for my remodel is as high of quality as my contractor. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.

This is about the delays in delivery, failures to complete orders, and falsehoods from the sales staff about expected delivery dates. The order for materials was placed 17 December 2011. Some of the comments below are paraphrased. Some of the supplies arrived about when expected. One of the items ( Tile-EZ shower base) did not meet the specifications on the order, which then had to be reordered (three week delay on the job). This shower base needed "threshold pieces" in cultured marble to match the vanity top. These were not delivered with the rest of the supplies. When I called Aaron & Co, Flemington NJ about this, the sales rep said "I will order them today." Two weeks later, I called to check status, was told "They'll be delivered Monday." They were not, so on a follow-up, the sales rep said "Oh, I did not place the order yet." Two weeks later, in a phone follow-up, I was told "Sorry! The supplier called to check the dimensions, which I have, but did not call them back. I will get right on it." That was about 4 weeks ago, and I do not have the pieces to have the bath finished yet! This past Monday 2 April, a different sales rep checked the status and told me the pieces were being shipped that day. On Wednesday, 4 April, via phone, the store branch manager told me they were not shipped until Tuesday, and I might have them Wednesday. This is Thursday, 5 April and I still do not have the items, so the bathroom is still not finished. They may arrive today, if the last information from the branch manager is true. The branch manager said he'd call to update me on status. I wonder if he will? This runaround has delayed my contractor. The various problems from Aaron & Co have led to about two months delay in job completion. What bothers me the most is the misleading (if not intentionally deceitful) promises about the order status and delivery dates. Also, there was one minor untruth about 6 weeks ago about this missing order "I called you back and left a message," but that was not true.
