Two Brothers Iron Works

It went extremely poorly. I'd never recommend them to anyone. Angie's List should take them off their roster. The day of their 9:30 am appointment at my home, they didn't show up. I called after a while and then a different person, Fernando, came over saying the other person was at another appointment that ran overtime. They started with poor planning. There was no contact with us for 10 days afterwards, so I called them for the proposal and drawing. The person answering the phone. Diana, was not helpful and incompetent handling the call. I finally got the owner Paul on the phone later that day when I had to call back again. He said there was a proposal in their system but one of their computers was broken so maybe that's why I didn't get it! This operation is just not professional. The owner said I would get a call the next day from Fernando. No one called. So at the end of that day I called yet again. I spoke to Paul again and he was apologetic, and said Fernando was so busy. Then he said they couldn't handle the job and turned down my business. So I lost 2 weeks in the process when they originally said "no job is too small". Stay away from Two Brothers Iron Works. It's not worth it.

They didn't about 4-5 messages left. about a year later we tried again, and a guy came out to quote job. That was the last we heard from them. It seems they're only interested in big jobs.

I have never heard back from the company. I have called on three (3) separate occasions, spoke to someone and was told that I would receive a return call. This has never happened. The company has multiple ways to contact me (phone, email, USPS mail), but no attempts have been made.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional and not responsible whatsoever.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! We called on a Thursday. Someone was here on Saturday for an estimate. Within two hours we received the written estimate. We agreed on the price, and Paul Reyes came on Monday morning as promised. He took exact measurements, and made a template. He made some suggestions that we followed. We had the materials, except for two brackets that Paul suggested, which matched better than the ones we had. Paul took our materials, and said that he would be back on Saturday morning with the fabricated railing. He arrived bright and early on Saturday with two other workers. They installed the railings with no trouble. They were professional, efficient, courteous, neat and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience was wonderful. Our railings are gorgeous, and I would definitely recommend Paul Reyes at Two Brothers Iron Works again.
