Green Ductors Dryer Vent Cleaning North Bergen

Green Ductors is an extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible company. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. To start, the technician showed up to the appointment more than 2 hours late, making us miss other plans we had. Second, he took his mask off in our home without our permission. Also, We scheduled them for a cleaning of our drier heating element. The price listed was $50-$200, depending on severity. The actual price was not told to us until after the cleaning was over and we were obligated to pay whatever it was. Our drier was not very dirty, but the technician said it would cost $180. This price was outrageous and i asked what would constitute a $50 cleaning? He said he doesn’t know which makes me believe that they only advertise $50 to make it seem cheap. When the technician told me $180 i tried calling one of the representatives that I had been in contact previously (named Roman) and he ignored my calls. The technician would not leave my home without payment so I was forced to pay him. I then tried calling the representative back after the fact to talk about the price and my overall experience and he continued to ignore my calls. His assistant answered the phone by accident once and said Roman was unavailable and that he would call me back. Still haven’t heard from them. Take your money elsewhere.
