DONALD BURNS HEATING & COOLING

Description of Work: STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have been the service provider of heating and air conditioning for the apartment building we have lived in for four years, and they have been a disaster. The owner, Mr. Burns, is horrendous at communication and getting back to me, they caused me a major mold problem in the master bedroom heating unit, leading to 3 huge sinus infections, because they improperly replaced the filter and parts two years ago. Had to have the ENTIRE apartment sprayed and cleaned and it cost thousands of dollars. (Mr. Burns of course refused to accept or acknowledge blame for the problem) Additionally, every time they come to fix something, they end up having to come back 3-4 times, nothing "stays" fixed, we've had problems with all four heating/AC units in the apartment. I finally had enough when they quoted me a price for one fix, then they come back to do it and it's $200 more. After finally getting fed up two weeks ago and demanding he call me back to explain this latest "bait and switch," he still never called back, and I was able to get permission to use someone else. This is a horrible, horrible company that I am finally rid of, but want to save other people the trouble.
