The day of project everything waas explained how they were to pursue project. Everything was done as specified. Job well done. Will be looking forward to working with Diego again for my claw foot bathtub in home.

Description of Work: The bathtub in the guest bathroom needed to be reglazed. It had been done 2yrs ago and the glazing was peeling off. The old fininsh had to be removed and a new glaze applied.

He even came back an additional day and fixed a slight error from the original job. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work done and how friendly and courteous they were. Will definitely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreDiego and his worker were great! I recently renovated my bathroom and had marble work done, the only thing I needed to complete the project was having the tub reglazed. I wanted it done really well since I was taking a risk not just getting a whole new tub installed but it was the right choice thanks to the work of Diego, the tub looks brand new! I would highly recommend him, he had the three P's, punctual, priced right & professional! I have another bathroom that I will be calling him for in the future.

 + -1 moreWhat impressed me about them is their cleanliness, their courtesy and their respect for my home. They could have done anything because I don't live here but they were just very careful and he taped everything to make sure that the wall and the faucet weren't going to be affected by the blaze and used the ventilation system that they have to make sure that house was not filled with fumes. He was very professional and very courteous and just a wonderful guy. He was right on time and delivered the product he said he was going to. He was fabulous and I would give him an A Plus on all counts.

 + 0 moreDiego was great. He was very professional and punctual and left our bathroom spotless. We first called him to reglaze a bathtub that had been reglazed a number of years ago by the prior owners. The glazing material was badly chipped and peeling off in several places. He completed the bathtub in a few hours (it looked perfect). Unfortunately as it was drying some drops from our leaky bathtub faucet marred the glazed surface (left it with a textured feel in the area where the water had dripped). Diego had taped a plastic glove over the faucet to prevent this, but unfortunately the glove itself also had a leak. When I called Diego to tell him what had happened, he came out right away and re-did the job. The tub looks amazing. We then hired him to put a white glaze over the pink ceramic tiles in a separate stand-up shower stall. The shower looks perfect. Basically, it looks brand new. He did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with.

When I felt some roughness a few days later he responded quickly and made the correction to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Diego & team were fantastic. Highly professional. Exceptionally clean and considerate. Our bathroom went from looking 40 years old to brand new. Diego knows what he is doing..I am so sorry that I did not know about him sooner. The job took only 2days. Diego is committed, loyal and a man of his word.  + 1 moreI called Diego from a recommendation on Angie's list to reglaze a worn bathroom, including all the tile and the tub. In addition I wanted to reglaze a similarly old and worn iron claw footed bath tub.We were completely redoing 2 major portions of the house, but needed to save money in other areas.Diego came to the house on his own, worked over 2 days to first clean, repair and re-grout tile, then sprayed all the other surfaces. Both the plumber and the carpenter asked for his card as they were so impressed.And when the painter scratched something into the tub later in the week, Diego came to fix it again. He could not be more professional, competent and just plain pleasant to deal with. Truly a great find. He saved us literally thousands of dollars.

 + -1 moreThe experience with Diego of Dr. Reglazing was great! First he completed the job under the estimated price. He vented the bathroom out the bathroom window so there were virtually no smell. When ever a issue arose i.e. angle of the handicap support railings or deciding how high to the shower rod, i was consulted before the products were secured to the walls/tiles. He allowed as much time as i needed to inspect the job after he finished and added all the small cosmetic issues i pointed out. Diego stated to me that all related warranties would be E-mailed within a few days. I felt completely satisfied with the Dr.Reglazing experience and again, I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I contacted Dr. Reglazing last week to get a estimate to reglaze and regrout the bathtub and tiles in a condo I recently purchased for a parent. Diego R. arrived early for the appointment and inspected the condition of the bathroom. After explaining the reglazing process, he answered all my questions about the durability and maintenence of the product, I asked if he could install handicap railings and a attached shower rod and he stated he would install the hardware and only charge for the cost of the parts. He started the job monday Sept. 19 at 10am. removing all the old and loose grout around the tiles and prepped the tub.Tuesday morning Diego and his assistant were ready to start worrking at 10am. they completed installing the railings and shower rod, changed the color the tub, and applied finish coats to tub and tiles,had cleaned up and completed everything by 4pm. Diego and hid assistant were professional, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Reglazing. They will make your old, tired bathroom look like new!

He even went out of his way to purchase and replace a part for my tub that was not operating properly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I cannot, however, say the same for past contractors I've dealt with. They would be wise to follow his lead. Thanks Diego.
Description of Work: A few years back, I noticed some smaill cracking in and around the base of my fiberglass tub/shower. I (unfortunately) did not know of Angie's List at the time and "let my fingers do the walking". I settled on someone who I thought and trusted would correct the issue. I was very wrong. Not only did I later learn that his work was substandard, he actually tried to blame the failure of his work on me. When I reminded him about the 7 year guarantee, he would not honor it. Needless to say, the cracks were back and growing bigger. I found Diego on Angie's List. He was very accessible, resposive, prompt and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the issues correctly. He gave me an estimate, explained the various options and discussed timing for the work to be peformed. We agreed to have the work done on Saturday and Sunday, as he needed to sand down (the other guy's mistakes) and prepare my tub for an inlay, refinishing and spray painting (a two day job). Diego was prompt and professional each time he came into my home, very mindful of keeping the work area clean. He came well prepared with everything he needed.

 + -1 moreDiego was easy to reach and schedule with. We just purchased a house and were wondering what to do with an old bathtub with an awful finish. The wall tiles and tub were part of a 1970s black and yellow motif that we felt compelled to eradicate. We used Angie's List to find Diego and were so happy we did. After he stopped by for an estimate, we scheduled the work to be done about a week later. He completed the tub first, then we had him come back and complete the tiles. The bathroom looks great and it's like an entirely different room. Our contractor who was doing other work, took Diego's card because he liked his work so much. He does high quality work for a very reasonable price. Book him if you can.

 + -1 moreIt was easy to get in touch with the owner by phone and schedule the appointment ? he was quite flexible with the dates. He showed up promptly on time with all the right equipment and was courteous and professional. He and his partner performed the stripping of the old layer and reglazing within about 3 hours in a most careful manner with the proper ventilation and right safety equipment. After they left the tab looked perfect and everything looked carefully cleaned. Overall ? excellent and professional service for a very moderate cost!

 + 1 moreI must say that our experience with DR Reglazing was awesome. About 2 weeks ago, we contacted DR Reglazing and he came to our home to give us an estimate. Diego from DR Reglazing was very professional and detailed when explaining what steps he would take to make our bathtub look new. He was patient with our questions and thorough with his responses. After we had our house painted, we called him to make an appointment and yesterday when he showed up, he was punctual and very courteous. He set up his equipment neatly and kept it out of harms way. As he was working, he asked if there were any questions that needed answers. Diego did a great job. My husband and I will highly recommend him to family and friends. If you are thinking about reglazing your tub or regrouting, you will be highly satisfied. You will never regret hiring DR Reglazing!!! Two thumbs up for DR Reglazing!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: My husband and I had DR Reglazing refinish/reglaze our tub and regrout our wall tile in the bathroom as well. The reglazing consisted of applying a high gloss polyurethane coating to our bathtub and it now looks brand new. The regrouting was removing the existing grout and regrouting ceramic tile for a fresh and new effect. It all looks AMAZING!
