DnR Reglazing

The job was well done. The technician did such a good job cleaning the bathtub, as Diego promised they would try, that it did not need reglazing yet. Honest and professional. I will hire this company again to refinish our other bathroom.

Diego noted an imperfection in the shower stall after he was finished. He insisted on returning to repair it. He inspired such confidence and trust that I paid him in full after his initial visit. He returned as scheduled and redid what needed to be redone. Diego and his helpers are very neat and clean up well before leaving. It is also worth noting that he and his crew have the most pleasant dispositions and are genuinely eager to please.

I was able to reach the proprietor, Diego, very easily. We scheduled the service for about two weeks out and the crew came right on time, as scheduled. They were pleasant, clean and efficient. Diego had explained that the old, peeling reglazing job from 15 years ago was going to be stripped and several new coats of primer and finish glaze would be applied. The crew was very clean, masked everything off carefully and the tub looks shiny and new. They did finish in 3 hours, when Diego had said it would be about a 5 hour job, so I hope that everything was done properly...there is a 5 year warranty given, but I hope I don't have to use it. Also, there was some marking to the tile floor that was cleaned perfectly when I pointed it out. When I set the appointment with Diego he did not mention that he would not be on the job himself until I called to confirm the job the night before, and he mentioned that a crew as coming. I never met Diego .

DnR answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable before the work started. We were not easily accessible by phone call, Diego was more than happy to communicate to us via text message. He was ontime (early in fact ), professional and quick. The bathroom was spotless after he finished and the tub looks great.

The glazers noticed a problem with their work on one of the tubs and insisted on coming back the next day to do the entire job over again. I'd say that's good service. Both tubs and the tile work that they re-glazed looks terrific.

they did a great job, and the tub looks great. the price changed once they got here because the tub was reglazed previously, so it required an additional step. all in all the price prior to the change was good, and after the increase, it was still within reason

Wonderfully! The apartment was newly renovated and painted but Pablo and Dominic used drop cloths and masking so no damage was done. I thought that I had removed all the caulk, but they managed to remove more. The tub looks brand new! They even painted a piece of wood that I had between the tub and the vanity. The right aesthetic decision! The whole thing looks great! The price was the same as what they said it would be. I am very pleased.

Couldn't have went any better. Diego deserves his highly consistent ratings and assuredly works very hard to maintain them. I messaged him once, called him once and probably texted him 5 times during the month leading up to the actual work day. In each case, he either answered or replied immediately. I set my date up, and surprisingly ... unlike so many other smaller contractors, he showed up as promised. Now, full disclosure - about 5 mins after he arrived I informed Diego I had to go to sleep as I work shift work, so I mention this because I did not witness his work nor "linger" to watch .. but - upon waking up and looking in the bathroom I was amazed with his work. Absent a photo, all I can say is the tub looks like it was just manufactured this week. Diego does fantastic work! He left the bathroom exactly as he found it - like he was never there... just a brand new tub. Highly recommend him.

The job went very well. The technician was careful to fully mask off areas against any overspray and to fully vent fumes from the room to the outside using a powerful blower and flexible duct. The resultant smooth, hard, bright finish on our old tub was beyond our expectations, and it truly looks as good as new. We have happily recommended DNR Reglazing to some friends who needed similar work on their old bath tub.

Diego and his crew reglazed 2 bathtubs. They were very professional and when they were done the tubs looked like brand new. They left the bathrooms spotless and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would absolutely use them again and also recommend them to anyone who needs their bathtubs reglazed.

Very quick & easy, about 1/2 days work but you need to allow a couple of days for proper curing.

Another GREAT performance from Diego and his assistant. This is the second time that I used this companies services. They raked out the cracked grout joint lines between the tub and the tile shower wall. They professionally installed new caulking surrounding the entire tub/wall area. He came on time at the scheduled appointment time. He and his assistant were courteous at all time throughout the project. You can tell they really enjoy doing their work. Additionally, they clean the entire tub to perfection. Another "Stella" performance from this company.
