replacement windows
+ -1 moreSigned contract and paid deposit on 6/10/11. Was told that windows would be ordered and would take a couple of weeks. A second visit was made to remeasure operator. Last contact around 8/8/11. Have made several attempts to contact. Line does not accept messages. Have received no calls back. Would gladly edit my report if work is done, as Mr. Enrique Herrera was a gentleman in person and both my husband and I liked him very much. Currently, however, we stand at a significant loss.
Description of Work: Paid a deposit of $230 for replacement of four insulated window units and one operator.
