The person came out to inspect the door. Promised me a proposal that same evening and a week later and no response to voice messages nor text messages. I am very disappointment since he seemed professional.

We hired him to redo a bathroom. These are the facts: Said he would gut the bathroom including the flooring. I told him there is cement under the floor. He tiled over the flooring and said he could not remove the flooring because its too big a job and could cause structural damage. He said he would update the plumbing, he did not do that. Said he insulated the outside walls... he didn't. He fixed it after being called out on it. Said he was done with the tub... I found a leak that would've caused problems in my kitchen ceiling. He fixed it after I pointed it out to him. Said he was done but he installed the bathroom vent to send the moisture into the walls and ceiling, which he thought was acceptable. Thankfully, my neighbor pointed it out. He fixed it. Said he was done but, after consulting a glass door guy (his glass door guy) it turns out he made the recessed shelf too wide (wider than the tub). In other words, after discussing with him before he made the shelf that we were getting a glass door, he made the shelf so we couldn't get a glass door. Claimed that we "agreed" to the width because my wife "okayed" a picture he sent her from his cellphone. He then charged an extra $600 to fix it (took him 2 half days of work). Kept talking about his plumber. He came once to fix a leak. Never saw him again. As of two days after he left, the water in the brand new toilet continues to run. I will call my own plumber to take care of it. I would not hire him again.

He did the jobs well and on time.

It went very well, I am fully satisfied. He was on point with material, labor, schedule, but what he did was pay attention to details which I like the most. He made sure that I got my money's worth. Also him and his crew worked very hard 6 days a week.

Andy was excellent. He arrived early and stayed late many days to finish up. He really took his time and very detail oriented. My kitchen looks amazing and I love it. He made me feel like his only customer. Any phone call or text, he quickly replied to my questions.
