 + -1 moreMiscommunication about what I was looking to have done. Think they did not want the job, as no options for how to proceed to have the problem fixed, nor estimates, etc. were offered, so I did not stay in contact. Don't think they are at address listed; think they have relocated to Paramus, NJ., so bit of a commute to WNY for them.
Description of Work: Returned phone call promptly; sent someone to look at job.

 + -1 moreI had a problem with a disintegrating outlet. I had tried to fix the problem myself, but failed. The electrician came over, explained to me the issue, and even taught me how to do it correctly the next time. He replaced the outlet quickly and cleanly and it's working perfectly now.
