Daniel is a true Super Hero! Always gets the job done --- I had two groundhogs in my backyard on two (2) different occasions. Both captured with an apple and a cage -- quick lighting issue resolved and exceptional results. This company is highly recommended to get the best results.

Terrrific! Daniel is wonderful! He responded that same day (within 1 hour) and scheduled an appointment for that week. He conducted a thorough inspection and explained what he was doing, what he was using, why he needed to do what he did and we signed a contract for a full year of service on the spot. He has since come back 2X and has helped us eradicate the party in the attic as well as the creepy dance in the basement (cave crickets aka cricket spiders)....gross!

I have been using On Point for a few years now. I had a termite problem (2013) that needed to be taken care of. I called and got a few estimates but On Point came in at the best price and Daniel took the time to acknowledge my concerns. I signed with them, they came out and did the treatment. 2 weeks later no more termites. I was so happy, I signed up for quarterly treatments. The house is bug free and anytime I have issues I give them a call and they take care of any issue.

It was great! Daniel was who came out and he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He came on time and followed up with us. We had an issue, but he handled it well. The customer service is good. They took care of the problem and rectified the situation. The price was much less than everyone else quoted me and we got more than what was expected. They had the best price from everyone who came out. I plan to use them for all my exterminating needs. I referred them to all my family and friends.

I tried this provider first with an and quot;amazon local and quot; voucher and was completely satisfied. The tech that came couldn't have been nicer, was on time and helpful. I had rescheduled from the day before because it was about to rain. He was very cooperative about that too and managed to come the next day.
