+ -1 moreThe salespeople were fine. They had what I wanted in stock, and they handled everything quite well. They scheduled delivery when I needed it, and held it until I needed it. The delivery people were also quite good.
Description of Work: I bought an Electrolux slide in range and a dish washer from Karl's.

+ -1 moreKarl's The Ultimate Appliance Store was very helpful in our selection of appliances. We got a GE profile package. This company gets top grades all across the board in my opinion. We're very happy with the new appliances.
Description of Work: We bought a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave from them. Our contractor installed them.

+ -1 moreI all went badly. Very, very badly. I bought a washing machine from them in February, and asked them to please, please arrange delivery after 2 PM, because I couldn't leave work earlier. Two days later, when I got home from work, I had a VM: "Hi, this is Karl's. We'll be there tomorrow between 9 AM and noon. Bye!" No reference to my request, and no number to call back. I should have canceled the purchase then. Now, my washer is broken, and although I bought the extended service contract (for $119.95!) it took several calls for them to agree to make arrangements for a service call (a week later, and they acted like I should be grateful they made the arrangements for me). As it turns out, my washer needs a part that will take at least a week to get, then I will call them to schedule another another visit to fix it. Contrast that experience with my dishwasher purchase at another appliance store in Verona. Please see my review for them. They were AMAZING.
Description of Work: I bought a washing machine from them in February. The delivery and follow-up customer service was a problem. I will never make that mistake again.
