They were very professional and courteous. A great bunch of guys that are extended family and have worked together for years. Each one seemed to have his own specialty area, and I was impressed with their knowledge of safety requirements. They were pleasant to have around during the project, and left everything perfectly clean! I am planning on using JB Renovations again for my future projects.

They did a great job. I agree with the other reviewers? ?A? ratings and would recommend JB Renovations. There are some folks who want the job done fast and others who want it done right. Our main concern was careful, quality installation, including matching the existing trim style in our home. We wanted it done right, so appreciated that the guys took their time and were meticulous on all counts. I called several references before signing the contract, and they unanimously provided great recommendations with some saying they were arranging for additional jobs from JB. Our experience matched that of the references we called. We did initially have some trouble communicating with Jim by email, but overcame that by text messaging so in the end the lack of email was a just minor inconvenience. JB Renovations' price was just slightly less than the quote we got from the nearest Pella showroom. Again, great work.

The work was done on time. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner, from the removal of the old window to the instillation of the new one. The clean up of the area was complete and thorough. I wish all work done in my house would go so well.

It was great, job went well and they made a great effort to keep my home as dust free as possible. The work looks great and they are easy to work with.

It went very well, well built, looks great. Gave us some storage. Replacing the windows, they had to remove siding. They made it look as if the windows were always there. And what a pleasure it is to be able to open the kitchen windows. They used top quality parts and did not skimp on anything. If we had a question, we got an immediate answer.

We contacted Jim Brennan to get an estimate for a replacement pool deck. Jim and Matt came out and took a look at our yard, asked pertinent questions, and even gave rough estimates for two different arrangements. They were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. We were so pleased with the cost of the estimate and their professionalism, we decided to ask them to do the work. However, they were pretty unresponsive. We never had the work done.

I contacted JB Renovations to renovate my bathroom. We met and discussed the job. I contacted him to let him know I would like to move forward with the project and asked him to come back to my house to finalize the project details. this was on Wednesday. I said I was available any evening the following week. He asked if he could get back to me later in the week to let me know what day would work for him. I emailed him again over the weekend when I had not heard from him. He said he would know by Monday. Monday came and went, and Tuesday, then he emailed me to say he was very busy starting jobs and would get back to me. 2 emails and a phone call later I haven't heard from him.

They were prompt and very professional they did a great job and all in one day.they installed and trimmed the outside in white which really gave it a nice clean finish on the outside and trimmed the inside with all new molding they even included the other window in the bedroom which had different type molding at no extra charge.These guys were great I cannot say enough about them and their work,they even vacum and clean up.We will use them again if ever need be and we highly recommend them. The price and quality of their work was well worth it.Thank you guys so much we are very happy with the windows.

I just wanted to provide another update as JB just finished a complete gut and renovation of our second bathroom (see prior review). Again, they did excellent work. The bathroom had a real complex tile job (different colors, borders and designs) in the shower stall along with installing rain heads. The job came out perfect. They are always on time, clean up and are great guys. We also felt very comfortable having them in our house. Pricing was more than fair and no nickeling and diming on extra's. After doing many renovations and working with many contractors, its refreshing to work with Jim/Matt as they are diligent, provide fair prices and excellent quality. Happy to be a reference.

We found Jim and Matt through our Lowe's window's project. We replaced 17 windows in our house with Pella's. They did a great job on our windows. Strong attention to detail and quality. We then hired them to do both a complete high end remodel of 2 bathrooms (we checked references and some designers and they were highly recommended). They just completed one bathroom and other than a delay on the permit, things went real well. They are very responsive and do a real nice job. Prices are very competitive and they dont nickel and dime you but give you good advice to save money. Highly recommended. They will do our second bathroom next. Reliable, excellent quality and good prices.

We had started a bathroom renovation which, due to health reasons, couldn't be finished. We contacted JB Renovations and they promptly gave us an estimate to finish gutting, make repairs, replace the window, re-do plumbing, install sink, tub and toilet, tile tub area and floor, paint ceiling, install towel bars, vanity and mirrored cabinet. Work was completed in about a week and a half and was done before the date I had specified. All of the workers were courteous, prompt and professional. I would recommend them and may call on them in the future.

Took several weeks to get a price and still never was called back or emailed with a final price or estimate . Everything was done via text message and had to stay on top just to get a price which was never definite and no email was ever sent . I just gave up trying to get an answer and price

I cannot give you enough positive feedback for JB Renovations. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I liked JB Renovations so much that we plan to hire them again to replace another window that is damaged. So, to recap: (1) they were on time (2) they accepted questions as the work progressed without making me feel like I was a bother (3) they protected our property while they performed the work (4) they explained what they had to do based on the condition of existing window trim and what we'd have to do when we repainted the walls (5) the window was perfectly level...perfectly and (6) they cleaned up the entire site...really cleaned it up. We've had contractors, in the past, who have left the job undone....little things that we'd have to do that they should have done. JB Renovations TOTALLY completed the job. I couldn't be happier, this experience has been great.

JB RENOVATIONS PERFORMED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WAS BOTH THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT IN DOING SO. HE, AS WELL AS HIS CREW, WERE PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS INCLUDING REMOVING EXISTING DOORS AND WINDOWS. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND FASTIDIOUS CLEANING UP AFTER THE WORK WAS PERFORMED. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AND THE QUALITY OF WORK.

Excellent job! After removing old windows, found that center support piece did not support the wall above the window. Made adjustment for full, proper support of the window. They also fully vacuumed the carpet inside the house where work was performed. They went the extra distance to do an exceptional job.

Went great. They gave me and estimate of time, they finished when they said they would and did a fantastic job. We have recommended them to everyone. They were very clean, you could not even tell they were there! No grout or nails anywhere! Try them too!
