I had hired them for multiple projects. The projects went fine and according to timelines they provided. If there were any delays, it was due to products not being delivered on time (which was outside of their control). Pricing wise, they clearly communicated the price and any additional charges, when i added extra work. The job done was very satisfactory and i am very pleased with the final outcome . Greatly recommend.

Ricky is very professional. He painted my entire house and stripped and sanded our floors. He also replaced light fixtures, electrical outlets, and several other things to update our home. The work was completed in a timely manner and the workers were extremely clean and careful.

Excellent job, I like his attention to detail on the tile work and finishing touches . He also was always available to reach when I had a question which was important to me

Saul and his men did an awesome job and were so thorough and efficient with their hard work. They also made sure to clean up and clear everything when finished, and they walked us through the work and explained everything they did for us. Saul is an honest man with honest workers on his team and he is affordable for the great quality work he provides :)

Saul is awesome!!!! He has done a-lot of work for me over the years He is a pleasure to work with. He has remodeled bathrooms and kitchens for me. He has provided insulation work, drywall, painting and concrete including bluestone and brick repointing. He is very knowledgeable, big or small jobs including but not limited to additions, basement remodels. I can’t say enough good things about Saul. He is my “go to” for everything involving my properties. I have recommended him multiple times and have never, not once heard a complaint. If he says he’ll be there, then he will be there. Reliable, patient and very skilled. Takes pride in his work. I’ve worked with him for over 8 years.

Cipotes Construction arrived as scheduled and completed all the work within the allotted timeframe. This included preparation of the construction areas covering furniture and enclosing areas to keep dust out. They explained the step by step process going forward, they are courteous and mindful. The did a great job and planning on hiring them again for additional work in home.
