Sandro is very easy to deal with and a terrific mason. We had several other estimates but Sandro was the most reasonable and understood what we were trying to accomplish. The work he performed is outstanding and has made a difference to our home. Our friends RAVE about our stairs which are different than the traditional stairs. BEAUTIFUL is the adjective most often used. Our side steps disintegrated with all of the rain in 2014 and what Sandro installed exceeded our expectations. He and his employees are very nice and easy to do business with. He worked around our schedules and has performed several masonry projects when we are out of town. We had an issue with our chimney's and Sandro informed us that we did not have FLASHING installed. We would never had known if he did not tell us! He also repointed the two chimney's and they are done beautifully. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Description of Work: Rebuild side stairs, stucco resurfacing two chimneys and base of foundation with stucco sealant.

GREAT! Once again the end result exceeded our expectations. We were being told we needed to "replace" the patio and Sandro offered us a much more cost effective option of resurfacing. This company embodies integrity and do the right thing for their customers. Any time i have masonry work needed on my property or for my family, i will use Biasia!

Description of Work: Replaced crumbling entry steps; foundation stucco application. Stairs were in HORRIBLE condition. We had also just sided our home and it showed the wear on the foundation. Sandro and team made the repairs and cleaned up our foundation. They worked around our scheduled to minimize impact to our family routine. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Biasia Inc!!

The job was completed in three phases: brick work repair, installation of stone treads and then reinstallation of railings. Once the railings were removed, my husband sand blasted, applied anti-rust coating and repainted them. Everything turned out perfectly and I am very pleased with the results. The steps, brick work and railings look really good and I would recommend this masonry contractor for any project, large or small. They arrived promptly at 8:00 in the morning, cleaned up after themselves and left no debris. Also, the price was very reasonable. As I said I obtained three bids. The highest bid was more than twice the amount stated in this review. I am shocked by how much prices for the same job can vary and I encourage people to get more than one estimate -- this is how I got lucky and found Biasia.
Description of Work: I have a raised ranch with two sets of steps and a landing (four steps and then seven). The steps were brand new when we moved into the house 21 years ago but now the stair treads were crumbling and broken and the brick work underneath needed work as well. The railings were so loose they were of no use at all. The steps had become completely unsafe. I decided to obtain three bids. Mr. Padovan returned my phone call promptly, we set up an appointment and he arrived to do the estimate right on time. This was a big selling point to me, as several contractors didn't call back or didn't show up at the appointed time to do the estimate. One mason flat-out turned me down, saying it was too big a job (I didn't think there was such a thing as 'too big a job' in this economy.) The crumbling brick work would need repairing and bricks replaced. Then we needed 11 stair treads, 7 long and 4 short. Measurements were taken as well as before photos (my husband is a contractor also and I always encourage this -- it's great to have before and after shots and since our steps were so decrepit, there would be a real difference in the photos).
