+ -1 moreI contacted Mr.Bach this spring to get an estimate on a septic system. He came out to my house, looked over the property, and promised to send me an estimate. A month or so later, I had still not received the estimate. I called his office, and left my number. I repeated this at least nine times, calling at different times to try to find him in the office. No response was given-no call-back/letter/etc... If he was unable or unwilling to do the job, at the very least he could have let me know. I consider his behavior to be very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Contacted to get en estimate on a septic system-estimate never received, job not done.
