+ -1 moreAffordable ductwork went above and beyond for me. My dryer stopped working, repair guy couldn’t fix it, purchased a new one, new dryer didn’t work, called new dryer repair guy. Last resort was a clogged dryer vent ( wish someone would have recommended this earlier) Affordable ductwork came same day to clean it out. The operator ( owners son) had to go on roof ( roof is 30’-40’ hight) found that previous owner put a screen over vent. Without Affordable ductwork, I would be on my 3rd dryer in 3 weeks. Thank you so much Highly recommend

+ -1 moreIt was a difficult all day job as all of our ducts had to be replaced because of the mold growing in them. I was happy to know that they would be removing all of the moldy ducts and other parts of the AC system that were moldy and they also cleaned other areas that had mold on them. They did a good job and it was difficult because they had to work in the attic where it was quite hot and hard to maneuver in.
Description of Work: All of the ducts had to be replaced because of mold and an additional air purification system was added to protect against further mold developing in the future.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time that I have used Affordable Ductworx, this time to clean the HVAC air ducts in a home I just purchased. Dave Jr. and his brother Shane arrived on time and did a thorough job, including cleaning up afterwards. I opted to have the High Shock Ozone Treatment, and I now have the peace of mind of knowing that my new home has no airborne contaminants. I also purchased the reusable, lifetime air filter to keep the air in my home clean, fresh and safe. This is a family-run business, and they do a fantastic job! Well worth it! They will continue to be my air duct/interior air quality specialists, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: Air ducts thoroughly cleaned in a 65+ year old home I just purchased. They clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. > Ducts inspected and all leaks sealed > New access holes and panels were made, plugs/covers installed upon completion. Excellent workmanship! > Whole-house air ducts vacuumed, pressure cleaned from top to bottom > High shock ozone treatment done (additional charge $399). This kills all mold/mildew spores, bacteria, germs, dust mites, even bed bugs throughout the entire house. > New lifetime, cleanable, antimicrobial, electrostatic, metal frame air filter installed to continue to remove airborne contaminants and keep air fresh, clean and safe (additional charge $120). > Interior of air handler vacuumed and cleaned > Dry duct cleaned (additional $65 charge, 50% off)

+ 0 moreDavid Jr and his co worker Jimmy were fantastic to work with. They came out and explained every part of the process to me and laid all of my options out for me. They took their time and showed me the before and after photos which made me feel even better about having them come out and handle this for me. I would recommend them to everyone for sure as they were honest, professional, reliable and trust worthy. They got the job done and exceeded my expectations. Their priced were higher then some other companies but that is because of the way they pay attention to every small detail and clean every inch of duct and vent they possibly can. You will not regret using them for your duct cleaning!!!!!!

+ 0 moreAfter speaking with Dave on the phone about the servie they offer, we hired Affordable Ductworx to clean the ducts in our new townhouse. They spent 5 hours cleaning the ducts, removing a non-working humidifier, serviced the blower motor, cleaned all the registers, replaced the filter and did a thorough clean-up when they were done. They also discovered that the flappers were closed one side of the house and we were getting virtually no air flow. They were knowledgeable thorough and neat. I would highly recommend Affordable Ductworx

Dave and son came and showed me the actual dryer vent piping and it was terrible (I hadn't known the condition of it prior until they showed me). They recommended I replace the entire dryer vent piping and install a new one which I agreed to. They did a fantastic job and the quality is excellent. They are meticulous and cleaned up after themselves and took away the old piping. Would highly recommend them. Professional and courteous.

That being said I appreciated the level of dedication they put into their work and the patience they had doing it. Dave Jr even took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had regarding the filtering. Dave and his son worked for a grueling nine hours. They were very kind and courteous the entire time and the work they did was solid. I especially enjoyed chatting with them. Both were extremely professional and a delight to have work here! They went an extra mile to repair the dryer vent in the wall, which had a crushed pipe. Dave Jr. even patched the wall when finished. Would definitely hire again if the need arises!
