Description of Work: They showed up as scheduled. They knew what they were doing. They were honest. They didn't try to sell things we didn't need and they took great care of us by fixing our problem. In general, the water treatment industry has a well deserved reputation as a slimy business with sales people selling solutions which aren't needed and often saying that your old XYZ brand doesn't work so replace it with ABC brand. PB Water is honest and won't sell you something you don't need. They will tell it like it is and they have decades of experience which means they are true experts. They are professionals and I will use them again. Thanks!
