Very good, the plumbing team worked well together. They were at our house about 1 1/2 hours after initial call. I left a message on their machine and received a return call within 1/2 hour. Plumber was knowledgeable and personable.

Wonderful. We had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. Our technician arrived on time, covered his feet before coming into our home and replaced the broken pipe. We had a few other projects we were considering and our tech walked through each and provided a quote as well as provided a few recommendations on things we should consider. He did not pressure us at all. Because he didn't do that we plan to use him again for the projects we have in our list as well as a few of the items he pointed out. Looking forward to working with this company again.

Mike Avato came to my home at the time promised. He was very professional. He performed the cleaning as asked. We spoke afterwards and he was very friendly and explained what he did in Laymans terms. I found him to be honest and very experienced. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely call them again in the future if and when I may need them!

Excellent work by an experienced technician. Because the new toilet did not fit properly on the existing base, a new flange and piping had to be installed. Due to the extensive work, the cost was more than I anticipated, but I'm pleased with the finished product.

Excellent job. Arrived on time. Very competent and knowledgeable - they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They had to pull old corroded galvanized pipe and pump out (150') and replace with PE/PVC pipe and install new pump. Site cleaned up well.

They were fast, efficient, and did a clean job. They removed the old water heater and installed a new Bradford white electric water heater. I was very happy with the professional quote, the follow-up conversations with them, and the job overall. They also obtained all the necessary permits for the job.

Mark Lindsay and Son's is extremely professional and they do everything they can to keep their customers happy. Their workers are courteous, friendly and always professional. Each day they put down material over my floors to prevent tracking material into my home. They arrived punctual each day and greeted us with a warm smile, took time to explain what they were doing and the status of the project. They worked the full day and finished the project in less than 3 weeks for a complete demolition and rebuild. They worked on my project every day until the project was done and coordinated with my schedule. I never had to wait around for them to show up. The work was the highest quality and if I asked to perform a task a certain way or to take care of things I saw, they were always accommodating. What really made a difference was they came out on day one, reviewed the materials I had purchased and told me what needed to be changed right up front so I could exchange any materials that did not work and pick up other materials they needed. I did all the design and equipment purchasing on the job. Previous contractors did not do this and wasted several months returning materials and reordering new materials causing delay after delay on my other bathroom project. I must say the tiling work was amazing, thank you Chris. My bathroom is beautiful thanks to a great team of professionals and the project was both enjoyable and satisfying. The work was done on time and within budget and the prices were right in line with other comparable companies.

I estimated that this was a 2 day job. Mark Lindsay and Son completed the job in 1 day. The workmanship was high quality. I would say that anyone should feel comfortable hiring Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing, with confidence, for any plumbing needs. They are true professionals! Then, there were the cookie muffins. A couple of days after the completion of the job a package showed up on my doorstep. When I opened it up it was a gift of coffee mugs and 6 freshly baked cookie muffins. Technician Named Ryan came and checked the AC and found capacitor is not working properly. So he asked to replace it and charged invoice price of $212.37 for capacitor and AC Inspection & Startup for $69.99, Total $282.36. After he left, found the capacitor price on Amazon/Home Depot is $20.

The technician, Tyler Crane was wonderful. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was also prompt and very clean both of which are very important to my wife and I. I would in fact like him to come back and replace the shower doors and work on the bathroom remodelling in the future. Finally, the price was just right. This is now our go to plumbing company

My AC Unit outside stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I reached out to Mark Lindsay and they had a worker at my house within 2 hours. The issue could not be completed on the spot since the fan motor had to be special ordered. It took a few days to come in but that part was out of anyone's control. When it came in the service was performed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Mark Lindsay.

Peter showed up ( a text with his bio) was sent when he was on his way. He came up with a solution to combine my two thermostats, which I didn’t even know was possible. It went very well. The plumber asked a few questions, looked at where the upstairs piping was and was able to locate and access the cleanout pipe on the lower level. I had no idea where it was. It took some time to snake out the pipe to where the water ran freely. The clog must have been somewhere close to the main line at the street. I did learn that I need to stop using "flushable" wipes, because they aren't really "flushable" at all. Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous and solved the problem. From the customer service at the office, to Rick’s detailed quotes with multiple options, to Roy’s walkthrough days before the job to ensure everything required would be looked into, to a speedy 3-day ductwork even with drywall and all! Dean, Tyler, Sean and Troy did an excellent job during the 3 days of installation. They were very pleasant and professional. Dean took the extra pains to ensure all the cutting through the drywall was done neatly and accurately, and that the vents were aligned perfectly .
