Description of Work: Mark Lindsay's employee cleaned our oil furnace under an annual contract for $350.00. There were a few unusual problems which required that they spend a few extra hours. They completed all of the work and left our furnace in good working order.

Description of Work: Purchased $99 offer on Angie's List for install of garbage disposal. First, they didn't even know the deal as they tried to charge us a service fee for coming to the house. Then, they stated that it was going to cost more to complete the work despite already having a disposal and just looking to replace the existing disposal(which I was providing). After all was said and done, I had them remove the old disposal and put in a simple trap because they said the new disposal wouldn't fit. Despite doing less, they charged me additional >$300 + $99 fee I prepaid... And the drain stop they installed doesn't work properly... I would recommend finding another plumber.
