Fantastic. They came rite away, found the problem and fixed it quickly.

The service for the unit was done great, professional and knowledgeable technician. But i'm giving the company a C because I needed quotes to move the outside ac unit and the drain, the manager yes me to death but no one ever responded so for that reason they lost a customer.

Prices are astronomical! Felt like I was ripped off.

Mark Lindsay & Son’s representatives, Rick Fenn (estimator) and Drew Storms (technician), were punctual, professional, courteous and technically knowledgeable and proficient, explaining the issues and answering questions, and ultimately performing the repairs and providing information for a long-term solution when we are ready to replace our 25 year old system. They were respectful of our home and wore masks, gloves and booties during the pandemic. We are thrilled to have our air again! They are highly recommended.

The two servicemen were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also completed the task in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Mark Lindsay and Son’s Plumbing company again.

They came, they didn't do the repair correctly (they fixed leak with a pneumatic coupler, which won't work on a water line). Guy suggested installing a copper line with an estimate of $250. When their "fix" failed a few hours later, they came back next day. Suddenly the price skyrocketed to $600. AND, they demanded another $125 to fix the problem they failed to fix yesterday. Threw them out of the house. DO NOT EVER CALL MARK LINDSAY. DO NOT EVER EVER CALL MARK LINDSAY.

Awfu!! Was told they would have part on Monday following initial visit! I had to contact them on Tuesday! They had me do 3-4 hours of research and visiting plumber supply companies for a part! No success on my end! Still have a toilet not working two weeks later!

Sent estimate for new ac handler and compressor. Plus explained we have HORRENDOUS dust in our home. Tech explained it was more to do w velocity of small ducts, than the filter itself. Had second opinion and they came ina smidge cheaper. I appreciate the honesty of ML&S, I will be signing w them to do new ac. ML&S hooked up my furnace yrs ago, and I was was beyond pleased w their workers & service.

The technician immediately diagnosed the issue, then worked as long as the repair required. He then tested the equipment to ensure that both the heating and cooling functioned properly.

He came right out to the house when scheduled, even called me ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was prepared with mask and gloves during this attempt throughout the US to quarantine/social distance. He gave me a good estimate and explained it well.

Everything went great. I called when my boiler failed on Saturday. I had a new boiler installed on Tuesday. They go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They're true professionals!

Excellent! Technician arrived, Ryan, went right to work and serviced both of our gas boilers meticulously inspected, cleaned and bled them. Made several recommendations and noted possible issues. I have used this company many times for all of my Plumbing and heating problems., highly recommend them to all needing their services!!

These guys are great. I have had to call them 3 separate times for emergency service. Their emergency call rate is $175, but they always show up in the time frame they tell you they will be there. All the technicians that I have dealt with are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They are neat when they work and they take the time out to explain to you exactly what they are doing. I have used them for everything from annual service, bad heating valves, and pipes that need to be snaked. I will not use anybody else. Thank you Mark Lindsay & Son!

Full boiler replacement scheduled for 7:30 am 11/11/19. Removal/prep crew arrived at 7:28 am, tool truck 7:30 am and new boiler 9:30 am. Amazing actually.... the crew worked all day (including chimney inspection and cleaning) and done by 5:00 pm with system working perfectly. Their install is actually a piece of art for anyone into such things. Every joint, component, solder, wiring... everything. They even took care of the permit process. I actually took pleasure in paying them as it's so hard to get someone to even give an estimate much less show up exactly when scheduled, do a meticulous job down to the cleanup and no bs.
