Guy came as per the appointment. We have two systems. They were up-front that the second A/C would be $99 extra. He finished the work for one of the A/C. The second A/C had a frozen coil and when he tried to defrost it, the water short-circuited the capacitor and main control board. He had to order the parts. He said they were in stock and should be back in 2 days to install. I am not absolutely sure if he could have avoided short-circuiting but felt like he could have taken some precautions to ensure the water does not spread to the main control board. So instead of a $150 job, it turned into a $800 job. I had asked the same company for an estimate for a sump-pump install and replacing rusted ductwork. They sent another person to come and give me an estimate that seemed quite high. I had to follow-up to get the parts installed. Overall, I was up and running and I was happy that they did the job properly. Though I felt there services are pricey. I will think twice before calling them back again just because of that reason.

Repair was done rather quickly on a Sunday. Part was quite expensive. Needed to request the receipt 3 times before it was emailed to me.

All went well, the assigned plumber was professional, courteous, and on time. The cost was high. Toilet was repaired. Total time from arrival to departure was roughly 2 hours. Extra charge for labor because toilet was grouted to floor. Grout removal took 15 minutes, was charged $150 for this service.

I mentioned that we were looking into downsizing and selling the house. Since he couldn't do the repair, the repairman walked through the house with me, and addressed the best way to make repairs and upgrades. He was extremely knowledgeable, and saved us from doing the repairs and upgrades in the wrong order. He spent a lot of time, and gave valuable insight and info that will be very helpful. I definitely would recommend this company.

Mark replaced defective capacitor and that fixed the problem

I knew my system was old and I knew there was something happening, so they gave me 3 options along with approximate costs for each. I chose to Band-Aid it for now. Just so you know, freon is very expensive because of supply and demand and government regulations. I came to learn that as the job progressed. Not their fault, just what the market rate for freon is currently. They did a professional job, and I'm 100% satisfied with their work!

Excellent! The technician was quick and thorough and informed me about frequency/need for annual inspections as well as recommending a contractor for ductwork cleaning that will be required in the future.

The entire team arrived on time each day and used floor protectors in the non work areas. All debris was removed from the site and cleaned before leaving each day. In a word all went perfectly

Mark Lindsay's crew did an excellent job. They were prompt and came when they said they would. They were polite and cleaned up everything before they left. The new furnace is working well. I am very pleased.

Needed a whole new heating system. They installed a propane furnace asap due to us having no heat and a newborn even brought space heaters until the job could get done the next day.

Last Saturday morning a surprise awaited us. There was no supply of hot water. I called Mark Lindsay & Sons for repairs. Within two hours we had a technician at our doorstep. He did a professional job and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Work was done on time. Very professional workers. Cleaned up everything when completed. System has been working fine. The company is extremely professional and worked with us even though we changed the design 3-4 times. Their estimator Rick met with us 4-5 times to go over what design would be best for us. We looked at different scenarios that would provide us with exactly what we needed and would fit within our existing home without using up all our storage space (which was a major concern of ours). They came back quickly to make some minor design changes with no extra charge to us. I have never found a more accomodating team of professionals. I have called several times with questions about the new system and they always get back to me with answers the same day and even give me the cell number of their technicians if I wanted to reach them after hours.

Our heater stopped working the night before Thanksgiving. Our technician Ken came as soon as possible which happened to be on a holiday. He was able to fix the problem and restore heat that day. They were truly a life saver.

Mark Lindsay came and did the work. He was extremely rude. He actually closed the door on me as I was following him into the room where he was fixing the pipe. I felt like punching the Jerk. He had me over a barrel as far as what he charged and he took full advantage. Call Ben Franklin Plumbing or someone else. Avoid Mark Lindsay like the plague.

I was a little more disappointed with this one. If he had said that first I would have bought a better brand. But he traveled a good distance, and I was happy about that. The price was good. He came when he said.
