Our plumber, John, was friendly, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issues quickly and easily. We were very happy with our service and would definitely use Mark Lindsay plumbing again.

The replacement went well. It was a bit challenging given the location of the well and pump, but the technician did a very good job.

Mike the tech was very knowledgeable and professional as he inspected the furnaces and explained what he found in understandable terms. He constantly kept me updated and informed me of the expense of each step. He worked in a very methodical way ensuring everything he did was correct and working. Quite frankly I didn't think there would be so much involved as we had used the heating system a couple of times this season; having said that Mike was vey understanding and assured me all he did was necessary. This winter will surely be the true test if it was worth the price. I highly recommend this company as their personnel are true professionals. Price may be an issue but the quality of work was excellent.

Everything was checked and the technician consulted with the water heater manufacturer's tech support for other sources of the problem. Upshot is that the water heater will be replaced under its warranty.

It was a great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and they quoted me an awesome price. All of their staff was professional and promptly answered my questions. I wanted a chimney vented, 85% afue, cast iron boiler and an indirect DHW. ML&Son ran the gas line, lined the chimney, had oil tank and old equipment removed and obtained the permits (permits are not in the quoted price). They are my new plumbers!

We had an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and very courteous. They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule our appointment promptly because we only had one shower to use. They saved us. They handle the plumbing and the home repairs involved in accessing the pipes. It's a big relief to have it all taken care of. I highly recommend them.

On the first job, not only were they the lowest bidder, but they were the most professional. Before each arrival I was sent a message & an email, with the details about the person showing up, including their picture (great for safety). They were the most knowledgeable and also backed with the correct certifications. They did the job on time, cleanly, and efficiently. I was very impressed. The second job all of the above applied except the price was a bit high (I thought). Still, I was very pleased with every aspect of the installation.

They were on time for their appointment. The driver was like mad at something, not at me, like at is office. There was some conflict going on, and he wasn't listening. It was beyond my control, he was mad at them, mad at me. It then worked out and he was fine.

They solved one problem, but they really left me hanging with the other issue. It took me a good 2 weeks to figure out on my own what to do. The other problem I have is that I later bought a different deal, not realizing it was them. When I called, they said they don't service my area!

Excellent. Receptive, fast response, objective, thorough and conclusive. Although the issue wasn't complex, this was our families first experience since our retired previous plumber of almost 20 years. I think we've found our new plumber!
