Received communications with picture to expect the technician. Technician showed up exactly on time and analyzed the problem and presented the remedy and price. The work was done quickly and neatly, leaving the home exactly as it was before except for the clog in the line.

Replaced Water Heater with same brand. Installation went well, clean install and working well. Both, the person who did the quote and the plumbers who did the install were knowledgeable and professional.

I live in an old 1920s house with plasters walls and ceilings and radiator steam heat with no air conditioning. Mark Lindsay & Son were extremely prompt, professional and clean and performed a complex job with quality. My old boiler, pipes, and old radiators were removed and vents were cut in through the attic and the basement - through plaster ceilings upstairs with no issue. A dual heating and cooling system was installed - in the attic to heat and cool the upstairs and in the basement to cool the downstairs as well as a efficient hot water heater. Two central air conditioning units were installed outside. I would recommend Mark Lindsay & Son to perform any complex plumbing job and I am more than happy that I chose them given the quality of the job they performed and especially in such an old house. I had a winter with nicely distributed heat throughout the house and I am looking forward to central air conditioning this summer.

From the first visit to the last day of installation we were completely satisfied with the expertise and service that Mark Lindsay and his team provided. Phone calls were always answered promptly. The representative who evaluated our needs took the time necessary to understand our needs and explained his recommendations clearly and completely. The installers were meticulous. I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile! I had a contractor doing some work at my house recently and he couldn’t stop admiring the boiler installation I had done by Mark Lindsay & Son last July 2017. He noted how well they fitted the pipes, they mounted the boiler on cement blocks, and even the metal tray installed on the wall to hold the paperwork. The boiler they replaced was the original from 1958 and this new one has been great. The temperature in the house always remains consistent and it’s been a great experience especially through a very cold winter. The guys came in and did the entire job in one day and left it clean and orderly.

After rescheduling due to adverse weather, they arrived promptly to conduct an estimate. They also had all the parts necessary to effect the repair should I have decided to move on it. After some negotiation of pricing, I decided to go through with repair and they did a nice job.

No heat Saturday morning. Called Mark Lindsay and he came out with a HVC specialist. The fan in the downstairs furnace was shot and we decided to have a new system installed. They left 3 heaters to help until the work could be performed. Monday morning 2 technicians arrived with the furnace and all required materials. an electrician arrived to perform the new wiring. Everything went like clockwork and the entire was completed by 2 pm. The premises were cleaned so well that you wouldn't know any work had gone on, except for the new furnace.

Professional job and very rsponsive.

Went very well. They showed up when they said they would. Any one who has ever dealt with a contractor knows this is a huge hurdle. There were no surprise costs. They wore foot protection and placed protective covers on the floor to prevent scuffing and work debris damage. They left the area of the basement, where they were working, cleaner than when they started. The unit is functioning beautifully.

We started the project in December last year, but it just completed in February. It took five visits to complete gas piping (to feed furnaces, dryer and stove) and conversion of three furnaces. I saw great reviews from other customers, I wish my experience was an exception. Lesson learned - Compare the quotes in details, make sure all services and parts are included in the agreement - Ask the technician to gather information when they start the project, so that the parts can be ordered in advance - Make sure to ask the technician to test gas leak once the job is done - Move furniture and other equipment away from the working area

The plumber was courteous, professional, and personable. Completed the work quickly and very well. Addressed all of my questions and concerns.

The tech was on time, friendly and informative. He reviewed my situation and had the heat up and running to my satisfaction. Everything was fine except he charged me for and emergency service. It was NOT an emergency situation as the house was winterized and I just needed the heat turned on for when I moved in in a few days. UPDATE: They did refund me and I was satisfied with the outcome. I will use them, again.

Mark Lindsay & Son's personnel were courteous, polite and very professional. They explained everything in detail and answered every question that I had for them. They did a good job replacing sections of pipes that had frozen and busted as well as repaired my boiler. They checked and rechecked everything to make sure that I will have heat during the freeze we were having. In addition, they made recommendations so that I will not have the same issues I had. Excellent company- I will not use anyone else for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Although backed up with other calls of no heat, frozen pipes etc., they were able to respond that afternoon and unblocked the main. Nce again they came to the rescue. Two years ago on a holiday, my hot water heater burst. They came out quickly and replaced the heater. Highly recommended.

Update to my previous review.. Once the company found out about my floor problem they offered to repaint the floor and expressed their sincere concerns for not meeting our quality expectations. We were very happy with their response as most companies would have just blown this off. We highly recommend this company for any work you may need.

Emerges call on a Sunday night. Plumber came within an hour, assessed the situation and controlled leak. Full repair was done the next morning. Amazing service and both technicians were excellent!

On schedule with no hassles. They went above and beyond to keep the house dust free. Even put plastic on the floors and steps (bathroom was on the second floor) and cleaned the plastic each night with wipes. Left practically no mess each day!
