We highly recommend Mark Lindsay & Son. They were quick to respond (our AC went out during the August heat wave and other companies were not as responsive), thorough in their analysis, clear in their explanations. They did high quality work and everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Communication was precise, they send pictures of the technicians (which made me feel safe), and follow-up was excellent. The employees were all very careful of our home and were neat and tidy in their work and clean-up. The quality of the work is evident. We will remain with this company for all our needs in our heating and AC.

The project was completed very professionally. It took two days. They removed the old A/C system and install the new one. I wish they could have come sooner, but I understand that it was a busy season.

The work was executed with great care and efficiency . They right sized my system and did not try and push more than I needed. Installing the 1.5 ton unit was exceptionally hard as it was put right into a cramped space in the dormer of my cape cod. I was Amazed at how well they completed the job and the care that was taken not to damage the house. The engineer worked With me on the best location to install the mini split for maximum asthletics .

From start to finish, a great job! The install went smoothly and on time . The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to run the lines so that they weren't in our way like they were before. When they were finished, I was left with a nicely installed system and everything was neat and clean. Some months back, we had them install a new well tank. We were impressed with the quality of their work then, so when it came time to replace our heating system we called Mark Lindsay first. We did get a few more estimates before we made our final decision. I'm glad to say that we made the right choice.
