Enviropro Basement Systems

Description of Work: Team was very professional and courteous, everyday I received an update from foreman Jessie who I would highly recommend for any job.. the team showed up on time and finished on time everyday, I had kids running around during the hot summer months and they were very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend this team/company for any basement related issues.

Description of Work: After evaluating the problem Enviropro performed a mold remediation in our crawl space and treated the cleaned surfaces with a preventative paint. The crawl space was then encapsulated with a new sump pump and outtake system. The crew was very professional and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: Enviropro provided 45 feet of water guard system in specific areas of our basement. In addition they replaced an existing sump pump with a smart pump and piping to outside. This new system has preformed outstandingly in our flood prone neighborhood. Out entire basement remains DRY when everyone else is bailing out from unexpected heavy rainfall. The owner came to our home and completely explained what was wrong and how they would address the exsisting problems with water leakage into our basement. No other company we called spent the time to thoroughly explain what they would do, how they would do it, the time frame involved, and any possible complications that may or may not surface. Everything they promised (date, time involved, price, etc.) was delivered exactly as promised. We would recommend this company to everyone. Although we were hesitant at first to call them since they are not in the south Jersey area, it was a wise decision and one we are glad we made.

Description of Work: Evaluated small water issue where two parts of basement foundation meet. Removed rug and moldy drywall where water had been coming in; installed bucket and drainage system, which can be converted easily into a sump pump if needed (correctly assessed that this would most likely not be necessary); so far so good. Waiting to see what happens in the rainy season. However, I have confidence that this company will follow through if we need them.

Description of Work: We received an estimate to take care of a water problem in the crawlspace of a house we are planning to purchase. Company was very punctual and professional. We received prices for several options for remediation of the water problem. If and when the purchase of the house is complete we will use ENVIROPRO with no reservations.

Description of Work: Mike came here to give an estimate on possible waterproofing my basement. He came on time, very nice, courteous, and professional. He said actually I probably do not need to waterproof the basement but only need some seal/caulk work. He did not try to sell me something that we do not need. Although finally we did not have the job done (because Mike said probably that's not necessary), we would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if we need their help.
