Enviro Pro came in and inspected basement problem and gave solution.

They put in a drain around two walls, the floor and he covered the walls. They also put in area were they said sump pump was needed. They are very good and professional. They did everything they said they would do. They were very good. I don’t have anything to compare the price to. I would recommend them to someone else.

They were terrific and were the most professional of the estimates that I got. They had the best price. The job took about 3 days and we haven't had any problems. I was a little dissatisfied the way that they cleaned up.

It was great doing business with Enviropro. No high pressure salesmanship! Mike explained the system thoroughly addressing my concerns and worked out the details of waterproofing a finished basement. Enviropro's price was a fair one when compared to other quotes. Telephone calls to the office found them helpful. Good customer service.The work started promptly and finished exactly on the stated date. Jessie and the installation crew were prompt, courteous, efficient and left my basement clean, especially the rugs. The dust was minimal. The system is installed and the pump working. After a hurricane rain soaked weekend, no water in the basement.

The estimate was very fair and they were very nice but I didn?t get the work done since I had other things to do at this point. I didn?t have any problems with them. They were very professional. I would absolutely consider using their services in the future.

Mike was professional and willing to work with us on makiing the system work for us. Instead of installing a second sump pump we preferred to use the existing sump and he worked with us (others refused to use an existing working sump and wanted to dig a new one). He explained the type of system he would use and answered my questions. He was available by phone for follow up questions. The work was scheduled for 3 days but they completed in 2 (although the second day was until 8 pm). I was not present while they were working, and although there was a little dust in the basement, it was minimal so they must have protected the area while jackhammering. Hard to evaluate the system since we havent had any rain since, but it appears to be well done. They warranty the areas where they install the system so as long as you know where its coming in, you can be pretty sure you will be covered. Overall i am very satisfied with the work done.

They did the job in two days, installed plastic to keep the dust localized, cleaned up well, and did a fantastic job as far as we could see.

They came out right away and took care of it. They made it an easy job. Jason, the man who came out, was very friendly. He even pet my dog & no one does! If needed, I would use them again.

The process started with Mike Troyner coming out to assess the problem and a solution, then a written proposal (which was the lowest price) I told him as he was leaving that I had several proposals and would get back to him, he did not bad mouth the other companys or their systems (seems common among a few of the other bids) and I knew I wanted to do business with him. The crew showed up on schedule, they were very polite and professional and worked very hard. They put up a plastic wall to keep the dust to a minimum, laid a canvas tarp down where they came thru my garage to my back yard, and cleaned up every bit of mess that they made.

They did a very good and thorough job. They were neat and clean. They answered all of the questions we asked them. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

When Jason and the team came to waterproof my basement water was already on the floor from the rain the day before. They worked quickly to establish drainage to first get the water out of the way. I was lucky enough to see my system being installed and working right away as water poured in from my walls. The whole time I thought they were doing a great job. I was stunned to see it working right in front of my eyes for all of my own attempts to stop the water had failed. It didn't matter which member I asked when I wanted to know what was going on. They all knew what was going on and seemed to work with each other very well. I even bought the guys lunch. After that, Jason explained the work that would be done outside. I was told the job would take two whole days but these guys worked clean and they worked fast and when they came back for day two they were finished the concrete by noon. The boys didn't stay for lunch this time. After Jason described the service schedule they were off.

Mike Troyner was a breath of fresh air after the four other shady characters we had over to give us a quote on our basement (and one of them was another Basement Systems dealer). Mike accommodated our difficult schedule and didn't give us a huge price, just to cut it in half like the other guys did when we didn't sign then and there, and he didn't knock any other company to the sale. Everyone else had something bad to say about other companies. WE got a fair price and the work was done exactly the way it was explained. Their crew was great -- hard working, nice young men. They were courteous and respectful of our belongings, and they kept us up-to-date on their progress over two day. The cleanup was much better than I expected. Overall, this was a good experience thanks to Mike Troyner and his great bunch of guys. Enviro Pro runs a tight ship and we would recommend them to anyone.
