Enviropro Basement Systems

Everything went very well. When I called Enviropro Basement Systems I was given an appointment. A packet was mailed to me to review before Mike Troyner came to my house. The packet included a list of customers with phone numbers. I called two of the numbers and both individuals were very pleased with the work that was done. One in particular had their basement water proofed in 2006 and has had no problems with the system. Everything was explained to me as to how and what they would be doing in great detail and a price was given to me. The contract included a diagram of everything along with a material list for me to review. There was absolutely no pressure, if I wanted to hire them I had to sign the contract and mail the deposit. The crew arrived on time all three days. They were very personable and very hard workers. No slacking at all. They kept me informed of anything I should know before they left each day. They were very prepared, they took care of everything, They left no mess, I was very impressed. They even swept the floor.

The value was much cheaper than anyone else. The service was all As.

They were top notch and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They did extra areas that were not discussed originally. I can't say any criticism of Enviropro. They were extremely honest and detailed in what they were going to do. I find their cost to be not the highest or the lowest but they were affordable; every price I ever got was much more. They knew what they were doing.

It went fine. The estimate was emailed within one day. Since my basement is unfinished, there was no urgency to correct the problem. However, Mike gave me a full explanation and open invitation to contact him as soon as I choose to get the work started. Mike is a gentleman in the truest sense and I will not hesitate to use Enviropro when I am ready. Completely professional AND nice.

They were on time and very polite. I would definitely consider their services.

Workers arrived on time. Placed tarps on floors to keep them clean. Was able to do the installation with considerably less demolition of existing walls than expected. Saved me lots on restoring the basement. Was done in one day, as expected. Left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. Very professional. Sales call was very friendly, no pressure. They always returned phone calls and emails.

We negotiated a discount and that was more appropriate for the work we were doing. The work they did is not the nicest thing to look at from inside the basement, but it has structurally held up. They did what they had to do. It took 3 different trips to get it done. I had the owner here with the guy, and the guy was 19 or 20 and he was the one who actually came back to do the work.

We hired then to install an interior French drain and sump pump. We liked their plan, they did what they said they would, and they responded to our questions before, during and after the work was finished.

Environpro was able to schedule visit on a Sunday which was very convenient. They were approx a half hour late b/c of GPS issue. Mike was very nice and inspected property etc. Made some verbal recommendations. Got a call a little of a week later that he had some ideas. I called him back he responded to my questions and then asked me to text him my email, which I did, so I could get a written report. He called me back a few days later again asking me how to get me the written report. Now it is close to three weeks later and I still don't have written report.

They are absolutely awesome. He was a really nice guy and I liked his professionalism.

After hurricane Irene we got a lot of water in the basement. It went pretty good. They sent a guy out just to give us an estimate. He was much more in depth than some of these other places. They came in with I-pads and fancy tools. He was able to answer all of our questions, there were questions which he didn't have answers for but he got back to us. Once we settled on a price, which was cheaper than several of these other places, we scheduled the appointment. The guys came, they said it would take four days, it took five, but they were scheduled for five anyway. It was fine. They had three guys come in. It was pretty clean. They were jack-hammering out concrete. They did the best they could. We actually requested that the line be run all the way out to the street. Normally they just kind of have it go out about ten feet out from the house. They special ran a pipe all the way out to the sidewalk and put the water to the street. That was an extra that they did which was good. They were professional and did their thing. At some point we might hook up a dehumidifier, we finished the basement. That was another thing that they offered. That plugs right into the system which works very well also. In the beginning we weren't really sure if it was working, but we got a lot of heavy rain and it was going off all the time. We haven't had a drop of water since.

It worked perfectly. They were excellent in every respect, they did what was required of them, they even came back and handled another problem that really wasn't directly associated with what they did and they didn't charge for it.

A designer appeared punctually for the appointment we had made with Enviropro. He gave us an estimate within one day along with a design that we needed to apply for a building permit. After signing the contract for the work, three workers showed up on the day we agreed upon and finished most of the job. Our job was delayed because the township building inspector wanted to see the work before the cement was poured back over the collection system. The inspector was quite pleased with the work and commented that it appeared to be a "real professional job." Two workers completed the job after we had obtained the building inspector's approval. We contracted for a second job for the crawl space about a week later after we observed some moisture in the crawl space. We had the same great experience the second time. In fact, the workers showed up in the snow on one of the coldest days of the year and proceeded to spend much of the time outside the home trenching and installing a draining system for the new sump pump.

I called to make an appointment as they requested. I told the person on the phone the problem of water seeping into my basement. She told me, I would need a sump pump and a drainage system and that the person that comes out would give me an estimate when he was here. I told her, I was only interested in having the area where the water is seeping in patched and she said" that won't work" and they don't do that. I think an entire system that they want to sell me is over kill for the problem

Nothing. Was never able to make appointment. I was not available on the date/time when they wanted to come to house. Never heard from them again.

The crew arrived on time,they were very polite and professional. Any concerns I had, they answered to my satisfaction (how much weight will the new cement covering hold and how soon can I start putting weight on said covering). They were concerned with my fuel oil line running along the base of my floor. Should the line leak,it would drain right to the sump and the clean up would be very expensive. I installed a anti-surge valve on the fuel tank to correct the problem. The work was done in a very timely manner and they cleaned the area up very well.

Paul took a 2 hour lunch. He seemed to hurry and left a lot of clean up for me. His work was sloppy - getting paint on things that were not walls. Be sure to have all work done in writing in contract.

It worked out great. They were the contractors that I decided to go with for my basement repair. They came out 3 days after I purchased the deal and they didn't charge me anything other than the price of the deal. They were prompt, efficient and gave a good appearance for their business. They have a military discount which was very helpful to me. I can get them anytime I want which is great.

The workmen arrived on time and laid out protective materials between the front door and entrance to the crawl. The lead man checked with me before undertaking each step of the operation. The crew worked diligently and neatly and got the job done as efficiently as possible. It took two days, which was what we were led to expect. In every way this was as pain-free and non-disruptive as it could be, considering how much concrete had to be broken up, removed, and then the system put in. We have no complaints whatever about how this job was handled.

It went well, but I didn't move forward, the cost was just prohibitive for the value that I perceived. He is excellent and is a good guy. I liked him. It's just that the price was too high. He was very good. He spent the time even though he kind of knew I was reluctant. He tried to do the sale and gave me all the information. The price was too high. The price for the Big Deal was worthwhile. Actually the information and the effort he put in, I thought it was value there for the $50. He went down in the crawl space and did a full evaluation, checked everything and had a good conversation afterwards. That was very good. I will use him if I need the service.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. I had been living out the country for five years and had had some water in the basement from time to time since we bought the house in 2003. We returned to the country in June and wanted the basement dry so that can refinish the basement. Mike came to my house even though I was not there and did not charge an extra fee to come to a rental property (which is was at the time). He gave an excellent bid that was about 2000 less and 1000 less than two other quotes from reputable Angie's list members (always get three quotes!). When I returned to the area in June, the work had been completed perfectly and the basement was clean. We have had lots of rain in the past couple weeks, but the basement is dry! Thanks Mike for everything, just as promised. FYI, if you are thinking of finishing the basement, Enviropro recommended to us ways to prevent mold. This means not using any organic building material. We should put down rubberized flooring before we install carpet. Also they recommended using metal studs and special basement drywall and installing a vapor barrier.

I can't get down there myself so it is hard for me to evaluate it. I heard that there was still a little bit of water down there but that the humidity was good down there. These are the things people are telling me. When they come back I will have them check it out. I still have some concerns that the problem is totally resolved but I am sure that they will resolve it if I contact them again.

Company owner was prompt, courteous & knowledgable during estimate. Also provided informative literature on services & products recommended. Did not try to sell products or services which were not needed. Workers were professional and efficient. 1 week later we survived hurricane Sandy with a completely dry basement.

The transformation of the crawl space was incredible. It is so clean and usable as storage area, no more smell or water or bugs.My wife will even go into the crawl space.

I've been using Marini for 10 years for small plumbing jobs and to service My HVAC unit. I arrived for the holiday on July 2nd to find my air conditioning unit had failed . I called Marini they arrived withing 4 hours and replaced the unit by the next day. I have always found their service to be timely and prices very fair.
