This apartment has never been so clean! They came in and did everything from dusting and cleaning small objects to a thorough cleaning of the floors, baseboards and bathroom. They even did little decorative things like angling the small picture frames I had so that they were better viewed. The only thing I needed to do prior to the cleaning was to buy some cleaning supplies and paper towels. That's it. Very reasonable rates too. I have never used a cleaning service before but U.S.A. General Cleaning Services was definitely the right pick!

The price was reasonable. Rona and her assistant are cordial, and did a wonderful job of dusting, mopping, polishing and straightening up!!! This is an old house built in the 1920s. Even though small, it had lots of places for dust to hide, and I have accumulated lots of stuff. They left everywhere spotless. Also, since I can no longer lift the mattress to change the linens, the did that and gave the bedroom and the bathroom a deep cleaning. I was especially concerned about my study which was small and very cluttered. Rona straightened out everything, putting like things with like things, and then explained how I could gradually get rid of things I don't need. I will definitely continue using her service! I've tried a couple of cleaning services from Angie's List, and some have started out okay, then fall down on the job. I think this company is a keeper!!!

She has even won the heart of my nervous rescue dog who is normally terrified of strangers, but runs to greet Rhona with a wagging tail and a toy in her mouth. This team of three women are the best! Marizette and her assistants are honest, hard working, and thorough. Like all service providers, you need to give them some guidance on how you like things done, but they are responsive and not at all defensive. They even swept out my garage! They are a pleasure to deal with and I will keep them on my payroll!

Although they are a tad expensive, they are wonderful. I always love coming home after Marizete and her crew have been here. I'm a bachelor with a moderate amount of clutter. The girls are always very good about neatening up some of my clutter, yet without my screaming the next day that I cannot find anything. And they always manage to do a great job vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. Typically I strip my bed and leave out clean sheets the day Marizete comes - she makes the bed without a squawk. I also work from home in spurts, and have been here when Marizete cleans, so I have met the women she works with, and, of course, have seen them work. My home was cleaned perfectly, smelled so nice and I was pleasantly surprised that she also emptied out each trash can, took out the trash, folded all of my bathroom towels, blankets on the couch.
