From start to finish it was stress free and perfect. Tristate had the best looking stone , the best team and the latest technology. They said it would take a week from the day they measured and it was exactly a week. Everything looks amazing and beautiful.

Elias & crew are great to work with, they provide helpful suggestions, warehouse has reasonable selection. Prices are competitive. Communication not perfect but good. After 4 months quality of materials & install appears great. Good value, convenient location and hours. Would use again.

Great. I give major props to the Rome Street Newark location. TriState says it does marble and granite, but the Newark location, at least, has a large collection of quartz too. And quartz is what I wanted. Before my contractor suggested TriState, I had gone to several showrooms and big box stores looking at quartz. TriState at Newark was heads and tails better than any of the other places I visited. TriState had at least as wide a range of quartz samples to look at as any of the other places. But what really set them apart was two things. One thing is that they have a back room where you can see slabs of quartz. That makes it infinitely easier to decide. The other thing that set them apart was the customer service. The Newark sales manager, Renato Rezende was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about product, and also spoke knowledgeably about installation. I appreciated the “heads-up” type information he offered. He and his assistant were cordial and helpful, patient with novice questions and generous of their times. (I regret to say I talked a great deal to her, and she was great, but I never got her name. My fault – I was too busy chatting about the quartz.) I am sure they had other work to do, but you wouldn’t have known it from how they acted. It will be a while before they actually measure and install the cabinet and island counter tops I am ordering. I have every confidence the customer service I experienced in the showroom will also be exhibited when the quartz is installed (and I will post with an update then). Oh, and another bonus, TriState’s Newark location is very easy to get to. Jo Potuto

Seems to have gone well. Was not there when it was installed but looks good to me. Would recommend and hire again.

The entire experience was wonderful, from the first phone call to conclusion. Marcella, who answered the phone, was extremely polite and helpful. She called me back instantly with information on the type of granite that I was seeking with a price. When we visited the showroom to pick out our slab, the office and granite area were immaculate. Dennis, who assisted us during the purchase, was very polite, friendly and helpful. Their price was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service, professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. We are beyond happy with our countertops throughout our home. TriState made this experience seamless and easy from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them to anyone we know. We are completely happy!
