I emailed them and had to keep emailing to follow up to get a response, Finally the owner called me a week later after my initial email to talk about the job, when he finally heard about the size of the job he said it was too small. What a waste of time.

The company service desk was very helpful, they asked questions on the project and then said someone will call to schedule time... someone called me Monday morning asked for the picture of the cracks, emailed and said someone will set time up... a week later no response, emailed back to see when they would call, two weeks later still waiting...

I have used Stoneshine multiple times and referred them to friends and neighbors. Everyone has been very pleased. I had a countertop that was sold to me as granite and Stoneshine correctly identified it as quartzite. They restored to like-new. Stu, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and fair. I recently had an issue with a stone tile and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me find a solution. I highly receommen this company.

From the careful assessment by Sal Vasello to the careful work by a crew of very skilled technicians, my dull marble bathrooms were transformed into spa like bathrooms that could be featured in Architectural Digest. Sal even researched & found a marble to match my original veined Carrera marble for additional work. They took the time to explain the benefits of honed vs high polish finish for different traffic areas & consulted me on every aspect to make sure that I would receive the look I wanted.. The whole experience was wonderful. The men who actually did the work were so courteous & attentive to detail - great guys. I was thrilled with the results. They were very professional. The owner Stu worked on the job himself. He arrived on time and finished within a reasonable time frame. They grout was not clean enough for me and Stu offered to paint it an make it look like new. That is what he did and it looks like we put in a new floor. Much more reasonable cost than putting in a new floor I would say.
