+ -1 moreI scheduled Spotless House Cleaning to clean before a holiday party in December, and no one showed up. No one called to say that wouldn't be coming, and it was over a week later that I was able to get ahold of them to find out what happened. They said there was a car issue, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-scheduled for 1/31/13. Again, no one showed and I have not heard from anyone. I've called and left a voicemail and sent an email (their preferred contact method). Do not use this service. I wish I had read the reviews on Google where all of the reviewers had the same experience. Do not waste your money!
