I would recommend Robert Tree Services. They removed a large tree from my yard, as well as a pile of branches that I had cut down myself. The crew was very professional, and the job was done fast.

The crew came a day early they cut down 4 20 to 30 foot lyland ceader trees down removed 3trunks that I had started tree down cleaned up in and out in twenty min . If I had more trees to remove would use them again .

I had a great experience with Carlos. He came in a day, and removed my tree in about 1 hour. Everything was cleaned up well. He did some tree trimming to my other tree as well, for no charge. He did have to come back and remove the stump, and did so in less than a week. The weather was bad for a few days. I am planning on having him come back for another tree as well. Overall a good experience.

Unprofessional and incomplete job. Performs only 70% of the job committed while creating a mess around your property which leads to additional stress and cost. Beware, you will not be able to get in touch with this guy once he takes your payment promising he will return back to complete the remaining part of the job and perform the required clean-up. Update 4-22-2021---> As I mentioned in my previous review the job was incomplete only 70% while a mess was created around my yard. I did mention unprofessional and they proved me right by sending text messages calling names as soon as my review was posted. This is the level of stress one would go through if you opt for service from them. I will continue to reach to home advisor and ensure no one else goes through this stress in the future.

They did the work they were supposed to do at a reasonable price. Friendly and with a smile. The reason for an overall 3 stars is that Iâ  ve been trying to contact them to remove the stumps they left. I even sent pictures but no response. Thatâ  s the reason for the low customer service. The least Robert can is tell me he canâ  t do it but he just has not responded.

The company arrived on time, and within an hour 1 tress was removed, and 3 other tress were trimmed.

I hired Said Contractor to remove a tree, I was called, and an appointment was set, I Texted my Address, and was advised that a Co. Rep will come at 6,30 pm Tues, Man Never Showed, No Phone call, nothing, Very inconvenient waited for any response.....Nothing. If That is the Kind of treatment is Co. Policy, I would not want them on my Property Or do any Work

Carlos from Roberts Tree Service was the first to contact me after my search on Home Advisor and was able to schedule an estimate right away. He quoted me much cheaper than the two other companies I reached out to. Carlos and his team did great work cutting down 3 trees in my backyard for me and were excellent about cleaning up. Robert Tree Services provided an excellent service removing four trees from my property. They provided a very reasonable price and were very professional. They took care of everything from grinding the stumps, removal of the trees and the clean up afterwards. Highly Recommended.
