Nice guy, great team as far as cleaning up. The cost to cut this tree was a bit high. A section of the tree grew around a gate which couldn t be removed and I m not sure why because I paid to have the tree removed. I asked if he could mulch a few branches I had in the back and he tried to talk me into another $50 to do so and cut down a tree I ve already cut to my liking. He had a mulch truck so I don t see what the big deal would have been for him to throw them in. Then he almost walked away without offering a receipt and my change. I had to ask for both. Glad I won t have to go through this again. I ll ask my city to take the branches.

Hired Carlos. Hard working people. They 2 removed two 85 ft tall trees and a few small ones. I asked him to come back and remove left over sticking wood pieces a few weeks after. because we were able to see them once the area was cleaned. No issues, he came back and made it OK. He did a small job for neighbor too. I would suggest you to just hire and pay what he asks (99.99% will be the best price anyway) and do not look back. He will do a good job and you will be happy.

I hired Robert Tree Service because it was the lowest bid. I worked with Carlos. He was a gentleman and seemed honest and fair. His workers came on the agreed upon days and times. The workmanship was good. I am very satisfied with Roberts Tree service, I asked for recommendations for other service providers from Carlos in the hope their service will live up to the same high standards that Carlos service did.

Did not complete the contracted work- was supposed to including the chipping of tree trunks and never showed up to complete the job despite many calls and texts. Would not recommend.

Their price was significantly lower that the other bids. They showed up on time, completely cleaned up the yard of debris. I will definitely use them again in the future
