The windows are defective, when the sun hits the glass you see a lot of white curve lights on it. I have sent him text messages about the problem and he has not responded to any of my messages, sent pictures of the problem but he doesn't reply. I have told him that you are going to file disputes against him but he still does not respond. I would be willing to upgrade my ratings if he resolves the problem on the window.

Vendor was responsive to inquiries about status of project. Always professional. Job was done well.

The owner of Quicken Glass finally showed up after a few failed appointments and took with him the whole window saying he will bring it back with the repaired glass in a few days. That was almost a year ago. I have been asking him to return my window unsuccessfully ever since. I have had a gaping hole in my house because of the missing window. He took my property and never returned it. This is theft.

Great service. The house was built in 1855, and thus the work was more complicated than usual for just pane replacements, and needed to be done carefully. Quicken did the job perfectly.

Tiago was very professional and gave excellent advise as to what was appropriate to the area. Measured and installed a beautiful frameless shower door in my newly renovated bathroom.

Two days after the work was completed, the window cracked. I asked the company to come and take a look at it. At first, the guy I dealt with said the work was completed and he has pictures. I asked multiple times for him to come and look at the window especially since the window was just fixed. We scheduled an appointment for him to come take a look and the day of the appointment, I asked him to confirm that he was still coming and after several messages he responded that he is "too busy and is not coming". The outcome of this was that he threatened to sue me for filing a complaint and wished me good luck.

Tiago responded on time initially for a quote, charged $283 for the job. Took the insert from the window, Gave me an appointment for 5 days later. Never showed up with the completed job. Gave excuses for the delay. I wound up asking for my part and the return of my deposit. Would not recommend based on my experience.
