Replacement of flat roof. Had to contact Segundo several times to properly seal brand new skylights that were leaking. Now found that a gap was left in the front near cornice where animals are now entering into crawl space/attic from roof. Quite a bit of money to pay for a what was expected to be a brand new roof impervious to the elements and/or wildlife. Now having to chase down the owner to have him come back and fix what per the contract, should be covered. Very disappointed and planning to take legal action.

Very good and I'm very pleased.

Good work. Done quickly (one day). All that we discussed was covered in line with what we agreed. Waiting for next big rain storm to make sure there are no more leaks in the roof.

We called Segundo Chimborazo because both our skylights were leaking so we wanted to have a new roof installed. He inspected the roof & told us we did not need a new roof but simply needed some caulking & flashing around the 2 skylights. How many contractors would be that honest? He and his worker arrived the next day & did the work and we have not had a leak on either skylight since. Thank you Segundo for your professionalism & honesty. We will use you again.

I called PMA Home improvement for an estimate on a leaky roof, Segundo responded to my call , we met the next day to inspect the roof. The price was very reasonable, Segundo and his team were excellent! They were on time, efficient, quick , courteous and all trash was cleaned up . Couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I chose PMA for roof & gutter work based on several positive customer comments and Segundo lived up to all the good reviews. Responsive, polite and reasonable, Segundo inspired confidence during the job; taking photos of the areas requiring work, making it easy to see what was needed. He also photographed the work in progress and completion. His workers were polite, careful and focused, completing the work in one day. All the old roofing and garbage was removed and the area cleaned up. I would definitely recommend PMA Home Improvements.

Segundo was a pleasure to work with. A quick response from my initial message, punctual at the estimate and job itself. His prices are more than fair and he was willing to do a small job. Even so, it took most of the day. I messaged a number of contractors here on AL, specifying that this was a relatively small job and Segundo was the only one who responded. Him and his assistant were very professional and their work was done with care and in a way that showed how much experience they had. A thorough clean up a the end of the day was done before they left. Highly recommended, and I would hire again if needed.

They were very prompt and arrived on time and completed the job with great enthusiasm even for this small job. They were very courteous and honest and told me what needed replacement and what did not. Now I know who to go to when I have to replace my whole roof. Highly recommended.

PMA responded quickly, even though it was a tiny job. I had contacted several roofers on Angie’s List... but all turned me down because they “only did large roof replacements... not jobs this small, Sorry”. All, that is, except PMA. But here’s the thing... when that day comes when I DO need an entire re-roof job (you know, a large job)... I’m calling PMA. They were honest, responsive, humble, and reasonably priced. It was excellent. They were very friendly, arrived on-time and when finished they cleaned everything up which was my number one concern. I've contacted them for other services as well in the past.

He honestly does great work. For what he charged me I paid a little less since I referred his company to other clients. He arrived on time, started right at 8am and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. I was very satisfied with the completed work. He has years of experience.
