Titus Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and punctual. He had two men working with him who were very polite and did good work. They tried to keep the apartment as clean as they could while installing my interior doors. It was hard work but they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results! I will use him for any future projects I have.

Started the job and worked until completion; took about 5-6 days. Some work days were shortened due to afternoon thunderstorms. Worked late for at least one day to make up. My wife and I are very satisfied with the whole job. Hidden damage upon removal of the original deck required a price increase and extra work but we thought total cost for work performed was reasonable.

This was a large indoor painting job. Paul was quick to respond and the work was done fast, on my schedule .

My first mistake was hiring Mr Paul against my better judgement. Second was asking him to do the job without specific instructions. Third was not calling off the small job after the first item was done incorrectly. I asked him to replace 3 standard 4?x4? concrete sections of walkway, when I got back from work he only replaced 2. He was told to replace the entire walkway. He didn?t replace the squares at 90 degrees so about 4? were chopped off to meet the existing square, because he failed to drop a plumb line. I asked him to build a wooden awning, so he threw together some old wood scraps and plywood and along with joint compound and shingles, about 6 of them, and called this an awning. I sent Mr Paul photos of the type of awning I wanted and asked him to run any proposal to me prior to building and installing the awning. Needless to say he did not, and did what he wanted to do without my ok. To top it of he asked me for $200 for the 6 shingles that he found somewhere. The agreed upon price for this shoddy job was $2,200. Honesty and integrity are not his calling card. Do yourself a favor- Stay Away!

Showed up on time. Gave his opinion on the right way to make my whole deck right, but was respectful of my wish not to blow my budget on it and just do what I understood to be the most critical parts, which he gave me a reasonable price for. Came back the next day with a small crew for the main job and was finished in great time. I ended up hiring him to do more of my needed repairs, and hope to be able to continue this relationship. Two thumbs up!

Paul was quick to reach out to me. He was very helpful in cutting down a long wood railing top I had and installed it on my existing metal railings. He also applied the stain/varnish to it and my door sill. I am very glad to get the job completed so quickly!
