custom cabinets, home remodeling
 + 0 moreLuis committed to do the work 2 months in advance but just a week before the work was slated to start he handed me an unfavorable contract (terms favored him and not the owner, and were not consistent with standard practice) . When I asked him to make some reasonable revisions, he refused and walked off the project. Contracts are always subject to some negotiation any decent professional would understand that. In addition, I discovered that he was overcharging me for the work.
