+ 0 moreWhen the job was completed it came out very nice. During construction there was an issue with the steps from the patio to the yard - they were too narrow - way out of proportion to the entire patio. We had to “convince” Mr. Santos that they had to be redone. He directed his crew to redo the steps but there. was major issue to get the capstones to match. We worked with the crew and solved the problem. Our major complaint is that a year later we have discovered that the patio was not pitched correctly and a section of the patio is being undermined every time it rains. We have called Mr. Santos’ office numerous times and he will not return our phone calls.
Description of Work: Removed all concrete around our pool as well as an adjacent paver patio. The job was to replace the concrete around the pool, build a low decorative retaining wall behind pool and redo the adjacent patio. They also reworked drainage from the rear of the yard and connected side gutters to the drainage.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGED. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN THREE DAYS. I WOULD QUICKLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY RE-ROOFED MY HOUSE. THEY STRIPPED THE SHINGLES AND PUT NEW SHINGLES ON.
