+ -1 moreWe were on a pretty tight schedule with the overall projects needed to be done in order to move in, with the refinishing of the hardwood floors being a biggie. Booker from Bryant floors was responsive and professional from the very first conversation. He gave us a reasonable estimate and stayed true to it. The floor job required a few repairs in spots (water damage, etc) and he took care of those seamlessly. The finished product looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We recently bought a home in West Orange, NJ and ripped out the carpeting on the second floor with the intention of refinishing the hardwood underneath. Booker and his team refinished all the bedroom floors and small hallway for us, as well as the tops of the steps. (Sanded, 2 coats of poly and 1 of lacquer)

Description of Work: I contacted Bryant Floor Service on May 1, 2013. Booker called me back promptly and made an appointment with me to access the repair project. The appointment was made for Saturday, May 4, 2013 between the hours of 11:00am and 12:00pm. He did not show up and he has not called. I have not heard from since the time we made the appointment. I do not have any knowledge of the experience or the quality work for Bryant Floor Service.

+ 0 moreBryant Floors was recommended by our realtor. We wanted the floors refinished before we moved into our new home. Our contact was Booker, who also was the foreman for the job. Booker and his team were excellent. Responsive to our phone calls and schedules, arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently. The floors are absolutely GORGEOUS. The price was more than fair and we were very happy. (We had previously gotten another quote to re-do the floors via a contractor, and that estimate was more than double!) Highly recommend Booker and his team...they are the best!
Description of Work: Bryant Floor Svc sanded and refinished our oak hardwood floors in the living room and dining room, our stairs, and the pine floors in the second flloor (3 bedrooms). Price also included fixing broken floorboards and removing and disposing of wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms.
